      SOLUTION: When a door 14 of an entrance and exit control gate 12 is opened and an area entering person 10 enters the room of the entrance and exit control gate 12, the power for corona discharge in an explosive detection device 18 is turned on for a certain period according to a door open-close signal output corresponding to an open/close motion of the door. A gas sample including matters adhered to the person 10 is sent to the explosive detection device 18 through a suction part 20 and a gas sample lead-in tube 22, and ionized. The ionized gas sample is analyzed by an analyzer 28c. A data processor judges whether an explosive is included in the gas sample or not based on the analysis result. If an explosive is included, the door 14 is closed and the person 10 is constrained. If no explosive is detected, an exit door is opened to allow the person 10 to pass through and the power for corona discharge is turned off.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stabilized control by decomposing a three-phase voltage signal of an AC power supply into real axis and imaginary axis components and detecting the phase of positive-phase sequence component, as a voltage phase, using instantaneous symmetry coordinate method thereby detecting the phase surely and accurately even upon occurrence of abnormality in an AC system. SOLUTION: A voltage proportional to the voltage of an AC three-phase system power supply is applied to the secondary winding of a voltage transformer 105-A and the voltage is detected at a predetermined interval by means of a real axis voltage detector 126-A for detecting the three-phase system voltages u, v, w as real axis voltages and an imaginary axis voltage detector 126-B for detecting respective imaginary phase voltages x, y, z being lagged by electrical angle 90 deg.. Furthermore, phase is operated by a positive-phase operating circuit 128 through a positive-phase sequence component operating circuit 127. An abnormal voltage decision circuit 131 predicts and decides abnormal state with reference to the magnitude of positive-phase, voltage upon occurrence of an abnormality in the system voltage. Consequently, the phase can be detected surely and accurately even if the AC system is unbalanced upon occurrence of an abnormality in the AC system resulting in a stabilized control.

An infrared ray signal emission section 5 emits an infrared ray signal to control the VTR by a command of the facsimile control section 1. That is, the video signal is outputted, the infrared ray signal to set the VTR to the video recording state and the infrared ray signal to release the video recording state is emitted after lapse of a prescribed time.
