摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a sudden feeling by reducing the brake force according to the increase in starting driving force. SOLUTION: In stopping on a down slope, a driver operates a brake pedal BP to stop a vehicle. A control means CU judges conditions such as stopping of the vehicle, sets a proportional solenoid valve LSV to a closed state, and retains the brake hydraulic pressure within a wheel cylinder WC to retain the brake force. In starting on a slope, a brake force retaining device RU limits the flow rate relative to the flow of brake fluid by the proportional solenoid valve LSV and reduces the brake force according to the increase in starting driving force. Accordingly, since the brake force is never released at once at the time of starting, the driver never receives a sudden feeling.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a vehicle with high driving force even when a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal are concurrently depressed by returning a solenoid valve from a cutoff position to a communication position on the condition that the depression of the brake pedal is released. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve SV temporarily set to a cutoff position is returned to a communication position when the depression of a brake pedal is released into a strong creep state. The strong creep state is achieved after a strong creep instruction F-SCRP is issued, and the strong creep instruction F-SCRP is issued when the depression of the brake pedal is released in a D range. If the solenoid valve SV is returned to the communication position in the strong creep state while the depression of the brake pedal is being released, a shock may be applied to the foot put on the brake pedal, therefore the strong creep instruction F-SCRP is issued on the condition that the depression of the brake pedal is released.

SOLUTION: This vehicle has a driving force control device for changing driving force transmitted according to an idling state of a prime mover, a prescribed vehicle speed or less and a stepping state of a brake pedal. A brake control device mounted on this vehicle has a brake force holding means capable of successively holding brake force even after releasing stepping of the brake pedal to release a hold of the brake force in a process of increasing driving force up to a large state after releasing stepping of the brake pedal. Thus, a vehicle can smoothly depart without an abrupt feeling by driving force in an increasing process even on a downward slope where moving force is applied further by dead weight of the vehicle.

When the holding brake force is small (that is, the inclination angle (the road gradient) of the vehicle and the loading weight of the vehicle are small), the releasing time is shortened to prevent useless drag of the brake force.

SOLUTION: This driving force controller DCU of a vehicle changes over magnitude of a driving force at the time of idling running whose speed is below a predetermined vehicle speed into a large condition and a small condition in accordance with a stepping condition of a brake pedal BP and reduces a driving force more than a driving force generated when stepping of the brake pedal BP is released when the brake pedal BP is stepped on. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconvenience for giving shock to a leg of a driver placed on a brake pedal from being generated when the non-traveling position is selected in a transmission. SOLUTION: In this device, solenoid valves SV for shutting off and communicating brake fluid pressure passages FP are provided between master cylinders MC and wheel cylinders WC. When the traveling position is selected in a transmission, the solenoid valves SV are in the shut-off position according to depression of a brake pedal BP in the stop of a vehicle, the solenoid valves SB are returned to the communication position at the time when the starting driving force is generated on the vehicle, and brake force is made to continuously act on the vehicle even if depression of the brake pedal BP is released. A control means CU is provided, for returning the solenoid valves SV to the communication position under the conditions in which depression of the brake pedal BP is released when switching to the non-traveling position is performed in the transmission in a state where the solenoid valves SV are in the shut-off position.
