    • PURPOSE:To prevent a device easily damaged by vibration from earthquake vibration and environmental vibration, by a method wherein, by mounting a vibration isolating bed on a foundation bed, supported on rolling balls, through lamination rubber structures, vibration during earthquake is absorbed and fine vibration, e.g. environmen tal vibration, are enoughly absorbed. CONSTITUTION:Vibration of micron order, e.g. environmental vibration, is transmitted to a foundation bed 16 through rolling balls 12, 12... and support seats 14, 14.... Fine vibration in a horizontal direction and vertical direction generated to the foundation bed 16 is absorbed by means of lamination rubber structures 32, 32.... Thereby, fine vibration is not transmitted to a vibration isolating bed 34, and a device easily dam aged by vibration on the vibration isolating bed 34 is hardly influenced by fine vibra tion. When earthquake occurs, the rolling balls 12, 12... are rolled on a foundation bed floor 10, and vibration of the foundation bed 16 generated by earthquake is re placed with low frequency through the force of springs 20 and 20. The foundation bed 16 and the vibration isolating bed 34 are widely resonated approximately in an equal phase, slow and high swing is generated on the vibration isolating bed 34, and the vibration is gradually absorbed. Thus, the device easily damaged by vibration on the vibration isolating bed 34 is widely swung in a horizontal direction, but a fear of the device falling down is eliminated.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent a pulverulent material from colliding against a casing and blade in a rotary valve conveying fixed quantity of the pulverulent material, by guiding a leak of air in an end side of the blade from a rotary directional front side partitioning chamber to its inside direction.
      CONSTITUTION: A guide flow line 11 of leaked air is formed in a front side partitioning chamber 8 in the rotary direction of a blade 7. Said guide flow line 11 is formed by a gap between a baffle plate 12 and well surface 7A, and a leaked air stream 9, containing a pulverulent material 3 passing through a gap between internal peripheral surfaces and the blade, is decelerated by a baffle plate 12 and guided as a laminar flow to the internal direction of the partitioning chamber 8. Accordingly, movement of the pulverulent material 3 caused by a swirl is suppressed, and collision of the pulverulent material 3 against a casing 1 and the blade 7 due to intrusion of the leaked air can be avoided, then the wall surface can be prevented from wearing.

    • 目的:为了防止粉状材料与传送固定数量的粉状材料的旋转阀中的壳体和刀片碰撞,通过将叶片的端部侧的空气从旋转方向前侧分隔室引导到其内部 方向。 构成:在叶片7的旋转方向上的前侧分隔室8中形成有泄漏空气的引导流路11.所述引导流路11由挡板12和井面7A之间的间隙形成, 含有通过内周面与叶片之间的间隙的粉状材料3的泄漏空气流9被挡板12减速,并以层流的形式被引导到分隔室8的内部方向。因此, 可以避免由漩涡引起的粉状材料3,并且可以避免由于泄漏的空气的侵入而引起的粉状材料3与壳体1和叶片7的碰撞,从而可以防止壁面的磨损。
