摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the dynamic range of a beam current of an image pickup tube from being lowered by providing a voltage limit circuit not decreasing a voltage fed to the 1st grid more than a voltage causing a maximum beam current before the 1st grid so as to control the beam current. CONSTITUTION:A signal current Is outputted from a photoconductive target 14 is converted into a signal voltage by a preamplifier 15. A sawtooth wave 16 being an output waveform of the preamplifier 15 is inputted to a gamma correction circuit 17, from which a waveform 18 is obtained. The gamma correction is used to make the relation between the beam current and the 1st grid voltage of the image pickup tube in use linear thereby eliminating the unstable element of the beam current control. The gamma correction output 18 is inputted to the 2nd amplifier 19, where the signal is amplified up to a prescribed level. Then an adder 20 superimposes the signal on a reference voltage E0 in terms of DC, an output 21 of the adder 20 is inputted to a grip circuit 22, where a voltage limit not lowering the 1st grid voltage more than a voltage EM where the beam current causes an inflection point, a voltage waveform 23 is obtained and fed to the 1st grid 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To correct simply unnecessary shading by differentiating a correcting waveform correcting a picture deformation of an image pickup tube, multiplying horizontal and vertical differentiated waveforms to cancel the shading. CONSTITUTION:An address in synchronizing with an electron beam scanning is fed to horizontal and vertical memories 31-1, 31-2 from an address signal generating circuit 30 to designate both the horizontal and vertical correction data. The correction data pass through DA converters 32-1, 32-2 and smoothing circuits 33-1, 33-2, where the waveform is shaped and the result is fed to differentiating circuits 34-1, 34-2. The output of the differentiating circuits is fed to DC shift circuits 36-1, 36-2 via an amplifier and the output is shifted in terms of DC and the result is fed to a multiplier 37. The multiplier 37 multiplies the horizontal and vertical correction waveform signals and supplies the output to a modulation circuit 39 via a nonlinear operating circuit 38 as one signal to obtain a picture signal output subject to shading correction.
