    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and instrument for performing size measurement on a plate work structure, using a non-contact three-dimensional measurement device.
      SOLUTION: This size measurement device 1 is equipped with a mast 10 and a turntable 30. A three-dimensional measuring instrument 22 using a laser beam is mounted on the mast 10 in an ascendable/descendable manner. A workpiece 100 is mounted on the turntable 30, where a plurality of steel balls B

      2 , ... are placed at reference point positions. The measuring instrument 22 measures the positions of the plurality of steel balls, while obtaining measurement data on the coordinate positions of respective parts of the workpiece. A workpiece shape, made up from the measurement data, is superposed on CAD data to obtain the best fit. The sizes of respective components of the workpiece are measured based on the best fit.

    • PURPOSE:To attain the constant current control with an alternating current by providing a load current detector, an effective value converting circuit and a comparator. CONSTITUTION:An output current IOUT is detected out of a current detector 8 and then converted into the DC voltage Vitheta by an effective value converting circuit 9 with integration held. The voltage Vitheta is compared with the constant current reference voltage Vii supplied to a comparator 10 from outside. Then the phase control voltage VIN applied to a phase control circuit 4 is corrected for execution of the constant current control. In such a condition, the circuit 9 can use an effective value detecting IC and at the same time the integration can be held. Thus, the phase control is possible with an AC constant current circuit. The number of component parts can be reduced compared with other types of power supplies with reduction attained with the weight, the capacity, etc.
