    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain increase of process load of a center, in the case of simultaneous concentrating of notifications to the center, when service interruption is recovered, in a computer network system.
      SOLUTION: A representative node in a group is previously decided for a network elements which are in a relation of a master and slaves. Rather than each of the nodes directly notifying a master node but notifies the representative node in a group. The representative node awaits, to receive notification inside the group for a specified period or a specified amount of receiving from first receiving of notification, collects notifications from a plurality of slave nodes, and informs the notifications. When information notifications are generated all simultaneously, from the slave nodes to the master node, since the representative node arranges a plurality of the notifications and informs them to the master node, communication load in the master node can be restrained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely derive an exceptional rule by improving a covering rate by making an instance modulus by separating an instance meeting the condition of the condition part of a general rule. SOLUTION: Instance data, categorized information, a rule acquisition condition for exception rule acquisition are inputted from an input device 10 and stored in an instance data storage device 21, an instance data categorizing device 22, and a rule acquisition condition storage device 24. The condition part of the general rule on which the exceptional rule is based is used as a condition for narrowing down object instance data of exception rule acquisition and instance data meeting the condition is separated as an instance for the exceptional rule acquisition. Further, an attribute value which has the same attribute name with the conclusion part of the general rule and is different is generated as an exceptional rule conclusion part. A search for the exceptional rule conclusion part generated as to the separated instance is instructed to perform rule acquisition, thereby acquiring the exceptional rule to the specified general rule.
