    • PURPOSE:To perform smooth loading and unloading without using any motor exclusively dedicating to loading and unloading, by detecting the insertion of a cassette, moving the cassette through a cam, and then moving the cassette to a reproduction position in the former half of the rotation of the cam and to an ejection position in the latter half. CONSTITUTION:When a cassette 5 is pressed in until a position L1, a cassette moving plate 6, a rotary arm 9, and a coupling arm 11 couples together and a cassette moving arm 12 also rotates to detect the cassette by 14. A cam rotating body 13 also has a half turn to allow a pin 13a to press a cam surface 12c, and the cassette 5 is drawn automatically to a position L2 to reach a reproduction position. For cassette ejection, the cam rotating body in the half-turn state returns to its original position by a mechanism which is not shown in the figure. In this case, the cassette 5 is elevated without being ejected and at the same time, a pin 13b presses the cam surface 12c of the moving arm 12 continuously. Eventually, the pin 13b comes out from the cam surface 12c and the moving arm 12 rotates clockwise through a spring 10 to suppress the ejection speed of the cassette, which is prevented from jumping out without using an exclusive motor.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the timer pause only with the operation of temporal stop operation lever, by releasing only the temporal stop operation lever with the automatic stop solenoid. CONSTITUTION:The selection lever 56 is clockwise interlocked and turned with the operation of the temporal stop operation lever 31, and the stop pin 62 of the lever 31 is latched with the lock lever 63. With this condition, when the timer time is elapsed, the automatic stop solenoid 58 which is operated at the detection of tape end is energized with the puase switch in ON state with the lever 31. Thus, when the automatic stop lever 54 turns counterclockwise, the tip 56c of the lever 56 releasing the latch of the clock plate 24 is in contact with the side surface of the projection 43a of the lock plate 43 to release the lock of the plate 24, resulting in remaining at reproduction or recording state. On the other hand, the L type lever 67 is moved via the lever 54 to release the latch of the pin 62 with the lever 63, resulting in releasing only the lever 31. The timer pause can be made with a simple constitution, only with the operation of the temporal stop lever.

When a reproducing button 48 is depressed under said state, a reproducing arm 30 is rotated in the clockwise direction and the reproducing idler gear 34 is engaged with a reproducing gear 19. When a rapid traverse button 45 is depressed from the stopped state, the rapid traverse arm 24 is rotated in the clockwise direction and a high-speed gear 262 is engaged with the rapid traverse gear 18. When a rewinding button 41 is depressed from the stopped state, the rapid traverse arm 24 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction through a rewinding arm 28, the high-speed gear 262 is engaged with a rewinding idler gear 31 and the rotation is transmitted to the rewinding gear 21.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the extracting work by a method wherein three actions, i.e. the detachment of a tube from a tube plate, the clamping of the tube, and the extraction of the tube are performed continuously. CONSTITUTION:When clamps 1 are inserted between the tube P and the tube plate C, the expanded part of the tube P is squeezed. Then, the tube P is expanded again by the insertion of a tube expanding spindle 3 and at the same time caught at its inside by the teeth 4 of the tube expanding spindle 3. After that, the tube P is extracted from the tube plate C by shifting the whole tube extracting device in the direction to extract the tube P. Consequently, the three actions i.e. the detachment of the tube from the tube plate, the clamping of the tube, and the extraction of the tube are performed continuously, resulting in realizing the simple and efficient extracting work of the tube.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate capacity control in a capacity controller where suction vanes disposed in a casing on a suction side of a centrifugal impeller is opened or closed for capacity control by providing a bypass mechanism for bypassing discharge gas toward the suction side in association with the opening or closing operation of the suction vanes. CONSTITUTION:During operation in a turbocompressor, refrigerant gas sucked into a casing 1A on a suction side reaches an impeller 13 through a plurality of suction vanes 10a, 10b, where a pressure of the refrigerant gas is increased to be discharged. The suction vanes 10a, 10b are drivingly opened or closed according to a load by a control motor or the like so that a suction gas quantity is regulated for capacity control. When a load is reduced and the suction vanes 10a, 10b are closed to the vicinity of surging, a rod 15 is opened against a spring 14 by a cam 12 fixed to a vane driving shaft 11. Consequently, compressed gas is bypassed toward the suction vanes 10a, 10b from a gas inlet 16a through a gas outlet.
