摘要： PURPOSE:To accelerate the formation of Si3N4 which had been insufficient in a nitriding state and further increase the surface hardness of this alloy steel by reheating the nitriding low carbon low alloy steel having been nitrided within the specified temperature range. CONSTITUTION:The nitriding low carbon low alloy steel composed of C; 0.15- 0.30%, Si; 2.0% or less, Mn; 1.0% or less and the rest Fe and unavoidable impurities is subjdcted to nitriding treatment at temperatures of 500-600 deg.C in, e.g., a NH3 gas atmosphere. Thence, the alloy steel having been subjected to the nitriding treatment is reheated at temperatures of 200-600 deg.C, whereby its surface hardness is further increased.

SOLUTION: The shock absorber is so constructed that a wire rope of braided thin wires is spirally passed through two right and left support members of aluminum alloy. The use of a fiber member with a high damping factor in the wire rope can improve the shock absorbing effect on vibration and impulsive force of a low frequency to a high frequency. The winding of the wire rope with a tape can improve the efficiency of friction damping between the fibers. 摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent forming a reversely bending habit in recording paper by a curl removing mechanism at unused time, in a recording device having the curl removing mechanism of recording paper. CONSTITUTION:Thermosensible recording paper 3 is pressed by a press contact roller 4 and recorded by a thermosensible recording head 5. The thermosensible recording paper 3 wound in a roll shape is curled after recording discharge. In order to prevent this curling, a reversely warped part 8 having a reverse round part R is provided, to generally remove a curl by pressing the thermosensible recording paper 3 with the reverse R part between an in-coming side guide 9 and an out-going side guide 10. However, in this condition, when held for a long time, a reversely bending habit is formed by the reverse R part in the thermosensible recording paper 3. Therefore, here is provided a means turning the reversely warped part 8 in the counterclockwise direction after ending recording and also pulling back a point end of the thermosensible recording paper 3 to just before the thermosensible recording head 5.

Thereafter, when a cut paper is recorded, by means of a detecting signal from a recording cut paper detecting sensor installed at an insertion port 7 or through recording paper form selecting operation by an operator, the platen roller 2 and a recording roll paper feed roller 14 are rotated clockwise in a diagram. The recording roll paper is released from a state to be nipped by the recording head 1 and the platen roller 2, the forward end of the recording roll paper is automatically moved aside and positioned in a recording roll paper conveyance route 8. For this purpose, the forward end of the roll paper is fixed by a roller 14 for feed and a driven roller 15 and a jam is prevented from occurring.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a favorable image record by keeping a linearity of a heat resistor element group irrespective of miniaturization of a heat-resistant base and not necessitating assembling accuracy of a heat-sensitive recording device, by a method wherein the heat-resistant base and a part of a heat sink are stuck to each other by sealing resin prior to or at the time of sealing of an IC driver of the heat-sensitive recording head by the resin. CONSTITUTION:Prior to sealing treatment or at the time of the sealing treatment of an IC driver by a sealing resin 8 in a heat-sensitive recording head 10, a heat- resistant base 2 and a part of both end parts of a heat sink 3 are stuck to each other by fixing resin 15. Since the base 2 is fixed to the heat sink 3 like this, the IC driver is hard to be influenced by thermal contraction of a wiring base 5 which is generated at the time of the sealing treatment of the IC driver and therefore, the base 2 becomes hard to generate an inside deformation. Consequently, linearity of a heat resistant element group on the base 2 is secured and a favorable image is obtained. Furthermore, since the head 10 whose linearity is secured is used, an allowable range of a fitting position of the element group 1 and a pressure-contacting roller 12 can be secured wide, through which it is unnecessary to improve assembling accuracy of a heat- sensitive recorder and consequently the device can be manufactured inexpensively.
