    • A process and the use of a process for desulphurizing a hydrocarbon feed is described which comprises at least one of the following steps: A a step for selective hydrogenation of diolefins present in said initial hydrocarbon feed, in the presence of a catalyst comprising a metal from group VIII of the periodic table on an inert support based on metal oxides, in the presence of a quantity of hydrogen which is in excess with respect to the stoichiometric value necessary for hydrogenating all of said diolefins, the mole ratio between the hydrogen and the diolefins being in the range 1 to 5; b) Extraction, using an appropriate solvent, of said hydrogenated fraction to obtain at least two cuts including: a raffinate comprising the majority of the olefins, paraffins and naphthenes and a reduced quantity of sulphur-containing compounds contained in the initial feed; a heavy fraction containing the heavy aromatic hydrocarbons and the majority of the sulphur-containing compounds contained in the initial feed; C a step for regenerating the solvent by distillation; at least two of steps A, B and C being carried out jointly.

    • A process for preparing a gas oil cut comprises the following steps in succession: 1) oligomerizing an olefinic C2-C12 hydrocarbon cut, preferably C3-C7 and more preferably C3-C5; 2) separating the mixture of products obtained in step 1) into three cuts: a light cut containing unreacted C4 and/or C5 olefinic hydrocarbons, an intermediate cut having a T95 in the range 200-220° C. and a heavy cut comprising the complement; T95 being the temperature at which 95% by weight of product has evaporated, as determined in accordance with standard method ASTM D2887; 3) oligomerizing the intermediate cut obtained in the separation step; characterized in that in step 3), oligomerization is carried out in the presence of an olefinic C4 and/or C5 hydrocarbon cut in a weight ratio of intermediate cut to olefinic C4 and/or C5 cut in the range of 60/40 to 80/20.

    • The invention concerns a process and apparatus for treating a feed comprising ethylenic and acetylenic compounds. In the process of the invention, the feed is sent to a distillation step, a C4 cut and a C5+ cut are recovered, a drawn fraction comprising acetylenic compounds is treated in at least one hydrogenation step, and an effluent which is depleted in acetylenic compounds is recycled. The distillation step comprises: an initial step for pre-fractionating the feed, carried out in a pre-fractionation zone included in a distillation column; and at least one complementary fractionation step, carried out in a zone which comprises a portion A, which is distinct from and not adjacent to the portion B of the pre-fractionation zone below the supply, in which the fraction drawn from a point in A is recovered with a C4/C5+ ratio that is higher than that of the feed.
