    • The invention proposes method of providing measurement reports. The eNodeB sends (S10, S11) a user equipment information about a plurality of subframe patterns used by a plurality of wireless networks respectively, and notifies (S12, S13) the user equipment associations between the measurement reports and said plurality of subframe patterns. The user equipment measures (S14) channel information in at least one subframe patterns, generates measurement reports for said at least one sub-frame frame patterns according to said association, and sends (S15, S16) said measurement reports to said eNodeB. The eNodeB relates (S17) each of the received measurement reports with the corresponding subframe pattern according to said association.

    • A system and method for the real-time management of a device, and more particularly to the allocation of electronic wallets that are associated with one or more devices and various controls that enable at least two entities to manage how the device is utilized for various activities and to pay for goods and services. Each device is associated with at least two electronic wallets, a user wallet and an administrator wallet. The administrator can establish rules that designate how and when the device can be used and which wallet will be used to pay for goods and services desired by the user, but in the event the user wallet is depleted or low on funds, the administrator wallet can serve as a backup funding source for specified types of goods and/or services. Additional wallets can also be associated with the device to authorize and pay for goods and services, under the control of the administrator wallet, such as a promotional wallet that could be designated for use with the device before a primary or administrative wallet was used, or a dynamic wallet that could be associated for use with multiple different devices as well as other wallets, but acts in conjunction with the user and administrator wallets. Additional rules can be established to perform many other functions, such as manage the movement of value between wallets and from other sources to the wallets.

    • The invention provides compositions and methods useful in the analysis of tissues and cells. More specifically, the invention provides compositions, referred to as “pseudo-tissue samples,” which comprise aggregated fixed cells embedded in an embedding medium. The invention also provides histological specimens comprising pseudo-tissues, as well as histological specimen-substrate compositions, such as microscope slides upon which pseudo-tissues and histological specimens prepared therefrom are placed. The histological specimen-substrate compositions may comprise arrays (or microarrays) of pseudo-tissues and/or histological specimens. The invention also provides methods for preparing pseudo-tissues, histological specimens, and histological specimen-substrate compositions containing the same. Also provided is a method for analyzing a tissue sample by comparing the subcellular features of a reference histological specimen to those found in a candidate histological specimen, such that one or more subcellular features shared by both the candidate and reference histological specimens may be identified. The subcellular features that may be identified include, e.g., DNA, RNA, proteins, enzymes and carbohydrates.

    • Data packets having different assigned priorities are multiplexed by operating a queue for each different priority of data packet and assembling groups (80) of the data packets for transmission. Each group has two portions. A first portion (90) of the group is populated with data packets selected from one or more of the queues according to a first rule and a second portion (95) of the group is populated with data packets selected from one or more of the queues according to a second rule. Preferably the first portion contains data packets having the highest priority, and the second portion contains a selection of the data packets having a lower a priority. Selection of data packets for the second portion may depend on criteria such as delay experienced and queue length. The size of the first and second portions may be adapted according to delay experienced and queue length.
