    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition from which a thin film having a low refractive index, high transparency and excellent heat resistance can be formed.SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains a curable fluorine-containing polymer (A) and hollow particles (B). The curable fluorine-containing polymer (A) is a specific fluorine-containing polymer having a structural unit M represented by formula (M). In the formula, Rfrepresents an organic group that is a fluorine-containing hydrocarbon group having 1 to 40 carbon atoms, which may have an amide bond or a urea bond, or a fluorine-containing hydrocarbon group having an ether bond and 2 to 100 carbon atoms, which may have an amide bond, a carbonate bond, a urethane bond or a urea bond, with 1 to 3 hydrogen atoms being substituted with Y(Yis a functional group that contains at least one hydrolyzable metal alkoxide moiety having 1 to 30 carbon atoms at an end); a represents an integer of 0 to 3; and b and c may be the same or different and each represents 0 or 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polarized resin film in which the polarized resin film having substantially no anisotropy and less surface damage is obtained. SOLUTION: A resin film obtained by forming a film of a polymer is polarized through corona discharge processing without being drawn. A linear electrode 1 as an upper electrode for generating negative corona is arranged in parallel with a ground electrode 2 as a grounded lower electrode, and also connected to a high-voltage power source 3. The linear electrode 1 is configured to be movable as shown by an arrow with respect to the ground electrode 2 so as to subject the whole resin film 4 to the corona discharge processing. While the linear electrode 1 is moved with respect to the ground electrode 2, a high voltage is applied between the linear electrode 1 and ground electrode 2 to polarize the resin film 4.
