    • A method for incubating fruiting bodies of Antrodia cinnamomea is disclosed. The method comprises steps of: (a) obtaining a hymenium slice from a fruiting body of Antrodia cinnamomea; (b) transferring the hymenium slice to a selective culture medium for incubation to obtain an isolated strain; (c) transferring the isolated strain to a bagasse culture medium for incubation; (d) subjecting proliferation by liquid culture or solid culture to obtain large-scale liquid spawn or solid spawn; (e) inoculating a wood segment with the liquid spawn or the solid spawn and subjecting incubation; and (f) re-inoculating the wood segment with mixed single-spore colonies of Antrodia cinnamomea and subjecting incubation until fruiting bodies are produced.

    • The invention provides a PLL device comprising a PFD unit, a charging pump circuit, a loop filter, an oscillator, a feedback divider and a current compensation circuit. The PFD unit measures a phase and a frequency difference between a reference clock signal and a feedback clock signal of the PLL device to output a difference signal UP and a difference signal DN. The charging pump circuit receives and transfers the difference signals UP and DN into a current. The loop filter receives and transfers the current into a voltage. The oscillator receives the voltage and outputs an output signal. The feedback divider having a parameter N receives the output signal to generate the feedback clock signal according to the parameter N, wherein a frequency of the feedback clock signal is N times a frequency of the output signal. When the reference clock signal leads the feedback clock signal, the current compensation circuit outputs a compensation current to the loop filter.

    • An apparatus for automatic delay calibration of a forward clock. According to the invention, the apparatus includes control logic to receive a normal clock, a lead clock and a lag clock. The control logic therefore generates a delay control signal based on a timing relationship among the normal, the lead and the lag clocks. The apparatus also includes a delay calibrator to receive a reference clock having the same frequency as the forward clock. The delay calibrator generates the lead, the phase lag and the normal clocks from the reference clock and provides them as feedback to the control logic. According to the delay control signal, the delay calibrator can adjust the lead and the lag clocks. Once the timing relationship meets a predetermined condition, the delay control signal is provided to calibrate a delay for the forward clock.
