A cancel lever 76 has a cam 76a engaged with the open lever, and is rotatably arranged about a second rotating shaft O2 different from the first rotating shaft. Then accompanied by the rotation of the open lever in the one direction, the cancel lever is rotated about the second rotating shaft in the one direction, and thus interrupts the transmission of the driving force between the actuator and the latch mechanism.
