    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator in which coil conductors constituting each-phase coil can be directly connected to each other for an effective reduction in the coil end portion thereof.
      SOLUTION: A stator core 2 is obtained by connecting one side stator core portion 2A to the other side stator core portion 2B with a connecting core portion 2C. The coils 3U, 3V, 3W of each phase are formed by bending a square wire conductor, and includes one side coil portion 3A in a nearly U-shape disposed in the slot 21 of the one side stator core portion 2A, and the other side coil portion 3B in a nearly U-shape disposed in the slot 21 of the other side stator core portion 2B. The coils 3U, 3V, 3W of each phase connect the connecting terminal portion 35A of the one side coil portion 3A to the connecting terminal portion 35B of the other side coil portion 3B, in the slot 21 of the connecting core portion 3C, to be formed into a wave-form respectively, encircling the circumference C of the stator core 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor stator and a manufacturing method thereof, for electrically insulating coil conductors, stably fixing the coil conductors, and possibly reducing variations in a manufactured state among the motor stators. SOLUTION: The motor stator 1 includes a plurality of the coil conductors 3 accommodated in a slot 22 of a stator core 2. The stator core 2 includes a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates 21 laminated in the direction L of a central axis. A plurality of the coil conductors 3 are encapsulated by an insulating film material 41 having the flexibility and electrical insulation property. An insulating fixing resin 42 contains thermoset resins 42A, 42B laminated and cured on both surfaces of the insulating film material 41 in a semi-cured state, and is filled between the insulating film material 41 and a plurality of the coil conductors 3, and between the insulating film material 41 and an inner wall of the slot 22.
