摘要： The present disclosure provides methods useful for prolonging the survival of an allograft organ in a recipient mammal. The methods include administration of an anti-CD200 antibody or a CD200-binding fragment of the antibody. The disclosure also provides biomarkers, a change in one or more of which indicates that an anti- CD200 antibody has produced a desired immunomodulatory effect in a mammal. Also featured are pharmaceutical compositions, kits, and solutions that contain at least one anti-CD200 antibody and are useful in the methods described herein.

摘要： Methods of prolonging survival of allotransplanted cells, tissues or organs are presented. These methods are directed to administering to the allotransplanted recipient an inhibitor of complement activity together with one or more immunosuppressants. The inhibitor of complement activity is administered chronically. These methods have been determined to aid in preventing chronic rejection of allografts. These methods can additionally be used in cases in which the recipient has been presensitized to the allograft or in which there is an ABO mismatch between the allograft and the recipient.

A current cache memory usage is compared with a memory threshold. Responsive to the current cache memory usage exceeding the memory threshold, cache records are selected to be offloaded. Available memory in a plurality of computer systems is identified and the selected cache records are sent to the identified available memory. Transactional systems are dynamically enabled to use memory cache across multiple connected computer systems on demand eliminating conventional evictor and data miss issues that adversely impact performance.
