    • An evaporation-condensation system (100) and methods of manufacturing and using the same are provided. The gas diffusion apparatus (115) may include one or more anti-gas blades (160) positioned substantially parallel to the condensation surface (105) and one or more gas storage areas (120). The gas diffusion apparatus (115) may be configured to guide an amount of the vapor molecules by rotating the one or more anti-gas blades (160) around a central axis (155) and displacing an amount of non -condensable gas into the one or more gas storage areas (120).
