    • PURPOSE:To improve fuel consumption and to reduce a harmful substance by forming a porous resin layer in a surface of a fuel delivery pipe main unit made of metal, and decreasing heat conductivity from the ambient temperature to fuel of passing the pipe main unit in a surface thereof, so as to reduce a vaporized amount of fuel. CONSTITUTION:In a fuel delivery pipe 1, a boss part for inserting a fuel injection valve is formed in the peripheral part of a pipe main unit 2 made of metal. Here in a surface of the pipe main unit 2, a porous resin layer 3 is formed. In the resin layer 3, a mixture, for instance, of respectively liquid state nitroparaffin (main agent), isocyanate (hardening agent) and tertiary amine (catalyst) is applied and left for a prescribed time, to make nitroparaffin react with isocyanate, to produce carbon dioxide, and also forming porous resin produced and solidified by foaming carbon dioxide. In this way, heat conductivity 6 from the atomspheric temperature 4 in a surface of the pipe main unit 2 to fuel 5 of passing the pipe main unit 2 is decreased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pan structure for a vehicle engine that is configured in such a manner that air bubbles are unlikely to be taken in through an oil intake part even when there air bubbles mixed with the oil.SOLUTION: The oil pan structure includes an oil pan 2 storing oil 1 to be supplied to each part of the engine; an oil strainer 3 provided to be able to take in oil stored in the oil pan; an oil return channel 6 for causing the oil supplied to the respective parts of the engine to return to the oil pan; a partition wall 11 partitioning the inside of the oil pan into an oil intake region 9 by the oil strainer and an oil return region 10 to which the oil is returned from the oil return channel; and a communication channel 12 communicating the oil intake region with the oil return region at a position lower than the oil intake part 7 of the oil strainer.

      SOLUTION: The fuel supply device 10 comprises a delivery pipe 1 in which an injector is mounted for supplying fuel to an internal combustion engine.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supplying device capable of preventing pressure pulsation of the fuel with a simple constitution and low costs, reducing variation of a fuel injection volume of an injector, and preventing deterioration of combustion, noises and the like.
      SOLUTION: A fuel supplying passage 3 is formed to a delivery pipe 2 of a fuel supplying device 1, and an injector 5 is mounted to the fuel supplying device via a communication hole 4 communicated with the fuel supplying passage 3. A drain passage 6 parallel to the fuel supplying passage 3 is provided in the delivery pipe 2, and a drain port 7 is provided in a manner that the communication hole 4 is communicated with the drain passage 6.
