摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an exhaust control valve for internal combustion engine which can prevent generation of abnormal noise and gas leak generated by oscillation of a member which constitutes a valve stem supporting part. CONSTITUTION:A butterfly-shaped valve disc 2 is disposed in a body 1, and a valve stem 3 protruding to both the sides of the valve disc 2 is inserted in a shaft hole provided at the side part, of the body 1 so as to rotate smoothly through bushes 4, 5. A circular protruding part 6 is formed at the outer periphery of the valve stem 3, and a seal ring 8 is fitted onto the valve stem 3, being adjacent to the circular protruding part 6. Moreover, an inclined part 9 with a conical curvature is formed at the inner wall part of the shaft hole on the outside of the seal ring. The outer periphery edge part of the seal ring 8 comes into elastic contact with the inclined part 9.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a life of a diaphragm by decreasing a twist amount in a circumferential direction of the diaphragm even when large twisting force is generated in a return spring. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 4 is interposed by plates, an end face of a return spring is brought into contact with one plate 15 of these plates. The return spring is constituted by concentrically arranging a left hand winging coil spring 18 or 19 and right hand winding coil spring 19 or 18. Torsional force of the left hand winding coil spring 18 or 19 and right hand winding coil spring 19 or 18, when both the coil springs 18, 19 are extended/contracted, is equally generated.
