    • PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for an electric vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to reduce the air volume of an air blower and the operational rate of a heating heater and a cooling compressor when only driver is on board in comparison with additional passengers on board. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system for an electric vehicle comprises branch ducts, a film damper device(40), and passenger detecting parts(3,4). The film damper device is arranged in the inlets of the branch ducts and has a film damper(41) moved by a driving device. The passenger detecting parts detect whether or not a driver and passengers are seated in each seat. Opening parts are formed in the film damper to selectively open each inlet of the branch ducts. An air conditioning controller controls the exhaust of air for air conditioning through the branch ducts by selectively opening the opening parts according to the results of the passenger detecting parts.     • PURPOSE: A variable capacity type compressor control method for a vehicle air-conditioning device is provided to increase the capacity of a variable capacity type compressor using table map which is proportional to difference between evaporator freezing temperature and evaporator pass temperature. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle air-conditioning device comprises an indoor air conditioning unit with a refrigerant cooling system and an evaporator, an evaporator temperature sensor which feeds back the discharge temperature of the evaporator, an remote-controllable variable capacity type compressor capable of electrically controlling variable capacity, and a controller which can control all actuators of the indoor air conditioning unit and the remote-controllable variable capacity type compressor. The capacity of the variable capacity type compressor is increased by a table map which is proportional to difference between evaporator freezing temperature and evaporator pass temperature using fuel injection amount, vehicle speed, and brake signals.

    • PURPOSE: A back-flow preventing apparatus for blow-by gas of vehicle engine is provided to easily discharge blow-by gas by preventing a blow-by gas passage from being frozen by heating a surge tank part, into which blow-by gas is introduced. CONSTITUTION: A back-flow preventing apparatus includes a bypass hose(20), which is connected to a cylinder head part of an engine in order to introduce blow-by gas into a surge tank(S) formed at an intake hose(I). A throttle valve(TH) is provided in the intake hose(I). A breather hose(10) is connected to the cylinder head part of the engine. A heater adapter(30) is provided in the surge tank(S). The heater adapter(30) surrounds the bypass hose(20) and cooling water is introduced/discharged into/from the heater adapter(30). The heater adapter(30) is formed with an inlet(30a) for receiving cooling water and an outlet(30b) for discharging cooling water towards a radiator.
