    • The present invention relates to a composition of metal-ceramic complex dielectrics by using solution extraction process and a manufacturing method thereof. A technical objective of the present invention is the manufacturing method of composition of metal-ceramic complex dielectrics by using solution extraction process comprises the followings: a first step of using Barium precursor and Titanium precursor as a starting base material for the solution extraction process; a second step of reacting in a stirred glass reactor for 6-24 hours at 80°C-95°C by using sol-gel method in the solution extraction process after the first step; a third step of adding nickel metal after the second step. Furthermore, the additional technical objective of the present invention is the composition of metal-ceramic complex dielectrics by using solution extraction process formed by adding the metal nickel after manufacturing Barium titanate which is a first particle from the sol-gel solution extraction method by using the Barium precursor and the Titanium precursor. Accordingly, the metal-ceramic complex dielectrics can be used as dielectrics of capacitor for storing electric power by increasing capacitance by not having a big loss from voltage even though the metal-ceramic complex dielectrics has an addition of core island, low loss factor, high dielective constant than pure Barium titanate.

    • PURPOSE: A piezoelectric speaker using a transparent piezoelectric single crystal device is provided to minimize the size of electronic devices by being applied to the front surface of a transparent display device. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric speaker comprises a transparent piezoelectric single crystal device (10), an electrode array (20), a vibrating member (30), and an array controlling module (40). The transparent piezoelectric single crystal device is formed in the shape of a plate having a predetermined thickness. The electrode array respectively coats multiple transparent electrodes (21) at the upper surface and lower surface of the transparent piezoelectric single crystal device in the form of an array. The vibrating member is installed at the lower side of the transparent piezoelectric single crystal device. The array controlling module is installed at one side of the transparent piezoelectric single crystal device and separately connected to each transparent electrode of the electrode array.
