    • PURPOSE: An offshore structure having a roll reduction device is provided to reduce sloshing at a storage tank since the roll reduction device is attached to the side of the hull. CONSTITUTION: An offshore structure comprises a roll reduction device(10). The roll reduction device is attached to the outer sides of port and starboard of the hull(1) of the offshore structure. Heavy loads are filled in the roll reduction device. The roll reduction device is divided into an upper space(12) and a lower space by a diaphragm(11). The heavy loads are filled in the upper space. To enable the free flow of seawater to the lower space, an opening is formed on the lower part of the roll reduction device. The diaphragm is formed at the same height as the sea surface.

The damping plate is respectively installed along both side of the bottom side. The reinforcing member is fixed to the damping plate and connection part and reinforces the damping plate.

      본 고안은 전면과 배면에 각각 흡입면(11)과 압력면(12)을 갖는 다수의 날개(10)가 허브에 방사상으로 결합되는 선박 프로펠러 날개(10)에 있어서,
      상기 선박 프로펠러의 날개(10) 팁 부근 압력면(12)에서 흡입면(11)으로 돌아나가는 소용돌이형 팁 볼텍스(TIP VORTEX) 캐비테이션의 억제를 위해 상기 팁 부근의 날개(10) 표면에 날개(10)의 압력면(12)과 흡입면(11)을 동시에 감싸는 형태의 가이드플레이트(20)를 날개(10)의 외측으로 돌출 결합하여 선박 프로펠러의 캐비테이션 현상에 의한 소음 및 선체 변동압력을 감소시킬 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
      본 고안은 소음 및 선체 변동압력에 의해 승조원의 불쾌감과 구조물의 손상을 야기하는 선박 프로펠러의 날개(10)에 팁 볼텍스 캐비테이션 현상을 저감시킬 수 있도록 한 저감구조를 형성하여 상기 캐비테이션 현상을 제어할 수 있도록 함으로써 그에 따르는 소음 및 선체 변동압력을 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
