      SOLUTION: The cooling tube is a compressed cooling tube 2, used in a laminar type cooler for cooling a plurality of electronic components from both their surfaces, and its compressed crust is constituted by jointing compressed components on each other in its thickness direction. Inside this crust, it has a pair of crust plates 201, constituting a cooling-medium passage for making a cooling medium flow therein; intermediate plates 202 are interposed in between the pair of crust plates 201 as to divide the cooling-medium passage into a plurality of passages in its thickness direction; and wave-shaped inner fins 203 provided in the plurality of passages. The intermediate plate 202 and the inner fins 203 are integrally molded as an integrated inner-fin member 100.
