The ready-mixed concrete sludge can be fabricated as the hardened body of the ready-mixed concrete sludge at the extremely low cost without incurring the increase in the burden on the treatment cost and simultaneously the groundwater seepage of hazardous materials, such as hexavalent chromium, by illegal dumping and environmental pollution are prevented.
