摘要： Disclosed are a half tone mask having a multi semi-transmission part and a manufacturing method thereof that can pattern a plurality of layers using one mask, by having at least two or more semi-transmission parts with light transmission that are different from each other. The half tone mask having a multi semi-transmission part comprises a transparent substrate, a light transmission part formed the transparent substrate to transmit irradiation light of a predetermined wavelength band, a light shielding part formed the transparent substrate to shield the irradiation light of the predetermined wavelength band, and at least two or more semi-transmission parts formed by depositing semi-transmission material on the transparent substrate to pass through the irradiation light of the predetermined wavelength band with each different light transmission.

摘要： A half tone mask having a transparent substrate, a light semitransmission layer, and a light shield layer, a method for fabricating the same, and a flat panel display using the same. The half tone mask is applied to multiple cycles of a photolithography process, thus shortening a time taken to fabricate the mask and reducing the production costs of the mask. Since a desired pattern is uniformly formed through a light semitransmission layer of the half tone mask of the present invention according to the uniformity of a chrome oxide (CrxOy) film, i.e., the uniformity in sputtering, the half tone mask is not limited in size.

摘要： According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a hand lift device including: a frame portion including a vertical frame, a first sprocket installed on an upper end of the vertical frame, and a second sprocket installed on a lower end of the vertical frame; a chain installed to engage with the first sprocket and the second sprocket; a cargo loading unit which is connected with the chain and disposed to be liftable along the vertical frame to load cargo; a power transmission portion which provides a driving force to the chain so that the cargo loading unit is lifted up and down; a sensor portion which is installed in an area where the frame portion is formed to be positioned at an upper side in a range where the cargo loading unit is lifted up and down and includes a proximity sensor to sense the cargo loaded on the cargo loading unit; and a controller which controls lifting up and down of the cargo loading unit by adjusting the driving of the power transmission portion according to a sensing signal from the sensor portion.According to the embodiment of the present invention, since the operator can automatically load the cargo by controlling through the cargo loading unit without manually loading the cargo, the hand lift device can operate faster than manual operation, load more cargo over the same time, and operate with a small number of persons, thereby reducing the cost.

摘要： The motor includes a cylindrical rotor core, a plurality of magnets axially penetrated in the rotor core, a pair of separation-preventing plates installed at both ends of the rotor core, and at least one fixing member to fix the separation-preventing plates to the rotor core. The fixing member includes a rod portion extending in an axial direction of the rotor core to be disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the rotor core, and supporting portions bent from both ends of the rod portion and used to support the separation-preventing plates. The separation-preventing plates can be fixed to the rotor core by the fixing member disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotor core. The fixing member has no risk of hindering the flow of magnetic flux generated from the magnets, resulting in an improvement in the performance of the motor.
