      SOLUTION: A sleeve 16 supports a shaft 22. A housing member 14 circularly encloses the sleeve 16 and is disposed so that the end part of the sleeve 16 is protruded. A base member 10 holds the housing member 14 and fixes a stator core 12 so as to enclose the housing member 14 in a circular form. A hub 20 fixes a magnet to a circular part concentric with the shaft 22 so as to be opposed to the stator core 12 fixed to the base member 10, and thereby rotates integrally with the shaft to make a recording disk drive. A thrust member 26 rotates integrally with the hub 20 and includes a drooping part 26c and a ring part 26e.
