    • A RS apparatus for transmitting broadcast information received from a BS(Base Station) to a UE periodically in an MMR(Multihop Mobile Relay) system, and a transmission method therefore are provided to schedule broadcast information so as for the broadcast information to be transmitted to terminals within the RS according to the time intervals of the broadcast information transmitted by an MMR-BS, thereby using radio resources between the MMR-BS and a RS efficiently. A RS(Relay Station) apparatus(200) comprises a receiving unit(201), a scheduling unit(202), and a transmitting unit(203). The receiving unit receives a message including broadcast information to be transmitted to a UE(User Equipment), and stores/updates the broadcast information in the received message. The scheduling unit determines broadcast information to be included into a downlink frame on the basis of predetermined time intervals for the each broadcast information in the stored or updated broadcast information. The transmitting unit transmits the determined broadcast information to the UE within the RS using the downlink frame.

    • An apparatus and a method for encrypting a mobile Internet system, and an apparatus and a method for decrypting the mobile Internet system are provided to improve encryption and decryption performance of the system by differently setting encryption and decryption modes according to a service of the mobile Internet system. An apparatus for encrypting a mobile Internet system includes an encryption input selection unit(110), first and second encryption units(120,130), and an encryption output selection unit(140). The encryption input selection unit(110) selectively outputs at least one plaintext inputted from the outside and an initial value corresponding to the number of each plaintext based on an encryption mode set by a sort of a service. The first and second encryption units(120,130) perform an encryption of each block by using the plaintext and the initial value which are selectively outputted from the encryption input selection unit(110). The encryption output selection unit(140) determines an output form of a ciphertext which is encrypted from the first and second encryption units(120,130) according to the encryption mode.

    • A low MAC(Medium Access Control) layer apparatus of a wireless internet system, and a data processing method using the same are provided to perform real time communication of large capacity data by performing a CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Code) generation work for encryption and data without time delay and transferring the generated CRC to a physical layer. A low MAC layer apparatus of a wireless internet system includes a physical layer interface(310), an upper MAC interface block(350), an uplink block(330), a downlink block(370), and memories(320,340,360,380). The physical layer interface(310) transceives a data signal and a control signal with a physical layer. The upper MAC interface block(350) transceives the data signal and the control signal with a MAC layer. The uplink block(330) performs a decoding work and a CRC checking work which are requested for uplink data. The downlink block(370) performs the CRC generation work and the encoding work which are requested for downlink data. The memories(320,340,360,380) store control information and data which are transferred between the physical layer interface block(330), the upper MAC interface block(350), the uplink block(330), and the downlink block(370).

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for determining channel information in an OFDM system and a recording medium for storing a program are provided to improve the adaptive modulation/code performance by feeding back only the channel information of a corresponding sub-carrier. CONSTITUTION: Information of sub-carrier groups is received from a base station(S1). The best sub-carrier group is selected from the sub-carrier groups by considering the channel environment(S2). A minimum modulation/coding scheme is obtained from modulation/coding schemes(S3). A channel variation level and a transmission bit within each sub-carrier group are obtained according to each modulation/code scheme by increasing gradually the modulation/coding scheme level(S4-S8). A representative value is determined by using the modulation/code scheme and the channel variation level(S9,S10). The information related to the modulation/code scheme and the channel change level for the corresponding sub-carrier is fed back to the base station(S11).
