The lower part of the hopper is narrowed down and formed in a inverted trapezoid when viewed from the side and the lower part of the hopper (5) is brought close to a dropping port (8) and these draw holes (7) are arranged in rows at intervals in vertical directions and the adjacent draw holes (7a) and (7b) are formed in a zigzag and further, a sensor (9) for detecting a flow out limit state of the soil from the hopper (5) is provided and charge of the soil is stopped by on of the sensor (9).

A stand is located so that the ground contact supporting point for the stand is situated between a position just under the center of gravity of the machine body and a position just under the axle and put in a forwardly inclined posture with respect to the supporting point, whereas the stand is pivoted turnably on its mount supporting point so as to be retractile with the help of remote control manipulation to each of housing and acting positions through a stand lever set nearby, thus facilitating the manipulability.
