    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminate unit by which the deformation and breakage of a ceramic green sheet (hereinafter, called a green sheet) can be prevented and the solvent contained in electrode paste can be prevented from soaking in the green sheet. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing laminate unit includes: a step of forming the green sheet 2 on a first supporting sheet 1; a step of forming a releasable layer 5, an electrode layer 6, and a spacer layer 7 on a second supporting sheet; and a step of forming an adhesive layer 10 on a third supporting sheet. The method also includes: a step of transferring the adhesive layer 10 to the electrode layer 6 and spacer layer 7 by closely adhering the layer 10 to the layers 6 and 7, and pressing the layer 10 against the layers 6 and 7; a step of peeling the third supporting sheet from the adhesive layer 10; and a step of forming a laminate roll, in which the releasable layer 5, electrode layer 6, spacer layer 7, adhesive layer 10, and an intermediate sheet having recessed and projecting sections of 1-10 μm in height on one surface are laminated upon another, on the second supporting sheet by adhering the intermediate sheet to the surface of the adhesive layer 10, so that the rugged surface of the sheet may come into contact with the layer 10. The method further also includes: a step of peeling the intermediate sheet from the adhesive layer 10 by drawing out a laminate from the laminate roll; a step of adhering the green sheet 2 on the first supporting sheet 1 and the adhesive layer 10 to each other; and a step of peeling the first supporting sheet 1 from the green sheet 2.
