    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a depth to a light-emitting state to be visible from the front side and also provide variety and increase the marking property, by forming both external and internal walls with fluorescent resin layers and constituting a composite fluorescent light-emitting layer through a hollow air layer in front side view. SOLUTION: A case 1 has a hollow double-wall structure in both body 2 and cover 3. The external wall 6 of the cover body 3 constitutes a layer structure with a light transmitting property. And the external and internal walls 6, 7 of the cover body 3 are constituted of a thermoplastic resin containing a fluorescent agent. The hollow part 8 includes air, and the resin constituting the external wall 6 and the internal wall 7 is arbitrarily adjusted to contain the same or different fluorescent agent. In this way, since the cover body 3 of the case 1 constitutes a composite fluorescent light-emitting layer through the hollow part 8 in the external wall 6 and the internal wall 7 in the front side view, the fluorescent light having depth and variety can be seen in front side view.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weatherability by forming multi-layer construction by arranging a resin containing a fluorescent agent on an outer surface, and arranging a resin containing ultraviolet absorbent on the inside of the outer surface. SOLUTION: For example, an outer surface 2 of a side mold 1 is constituted of resin containing a fluorescent agent, and a main layer 3 containing ultraviolet absorbent is arranged inside the outer surface 1, which forms multi-layer construction. The manufacturing method is to fuse and knead thermoplastic containing a fluorescent agent, and thermoplastic containing ultraviolet absorbent in an extruder, and both are extruded from an extruding head as a cylindrical parison 8 to be placed between split molds 4 and 5. The outer surface of the parison 8 forms a fluorescent agent-containing resin layer 9, and the main layer inside of the outer surface forms an ultraviolet absorbent containing resin layer 10. Next, the split molds 4 and 5 are clamping, and pressure fluid is introduced into the parison 8 for blow-molding into shape of cavities 6 and 7.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a plastic housing panel in a hollow double-walled structure with good electromagnetic shielding without wasting a conductive coating, by applying the conductive coating only to a surface of one of opposite walls. CONSTITUTION:A plastic housing panel 1 has a hollow double-walled structure made up of opposite walls 2 and 3 that are independently isolated. The opposite wall 2 including a boundary wall part formed in a body and the other plate- shaped opposite wall 3 are molded by injection and joined together in a hollow double-walled structure. The inside face of the opposite wall 2 including its boundary wall part is coated with a conductive coating to form a conductive coating film 6 thereon. After the conductive coating film 6 is dried, the other opposite wall 3 is joined to the opposite wall 2 to form a plastic housing panel 1 in hollow double-walled structure. Consequently, the panel has sufficient electromagnetic shielding only with small quantity of conductive coating, and the conductive coating film 6 formed within the hollow space is protected from an effect of external impact or the open air.
