摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorbing body for vehicle which is integrated through blow molding and made of a thermoplastic resin which is excellent in mass production and capable of easily changing the mean wall thickness to regulate the impact absorbing performance. SOLUTION: One die 21 and the other die 22 are opened, the thermoplastic resin is melted by an extruder, and a cylindrical parison is extruded from its extrusion head 24, and arranged between the dies 21, 22. Then, the dies are closed, the parison is recessed from its both sides by a projection part 21a for forming a rib of one die 21 and a projection part 22a for forming a rib of the other die 22, and its tip part is abutted to form a joined part 4c, and the parison 23 is held by a pinch-off part of the dies 21, 22. Then, the pressurized fluid is introduced into the parison, and expanded along a cavity, and an impact absorbing body for vehicle is integrated through blow molding. Finally, the impact absorbing body for vehicle is taken out after it is cooled in the dies 21, 22.

The hollow part 8 includes air, and the resin constituting the external wall 6 and the internal wall 7 is arbitrarily adjusted to contain the same or different fluorescent agent. In this way, since the cover body 3 of the case 1 constitutes a composite fluorescent light-emitting layer through the hollow part 8 in the external wall 6 and the internal wall 7 in the front side view, the fluorescent light having depth and variety can be seen in front side view.

The outer surface of the parison 8 forms a fluorescent agent-containing resin layer 9, and the main layer inside of the outer surface forms an ultraviolet absorbent containing resin layer 10. Next, the split molds 4 and 5 are clamping, and pressure fluid is introduced into the parison 8 for blow-molding into shape of cavities 6 and 7.

CONSTITUTION:A plastic housing panel 1 has a hollow double-walled structure made up of opposite walls 2 and 3 that are independently isolated. The opposite wall 2 including a boundary wall part formed in a body and the other plate- shaped opposite wall 3 are molded by injection and joined together in a hollow double-walled structure. The inside face of the opposite wall 2 including its boundary wall part is coated with a conductive coating to form a conductive coating film 6 thereon. After the conductive coating film 6 is dried, the other opposite wall 3 is joined to the opposite wall 2 to form a plastic housing panel 1 in hollow double-walled structure. Consequently, the panel has sufficient electromagnetic shielding only with small quantity of conductive coating, and the conductive coating film 6 formed within the hollow space is protected from an effect of external impact or the open air.
