    • PURPOSE: An image developing device is provided to reduce the production cost for the device by only having a simple voltage conversion circuit for editing such as reversal and contract change. CONSTITUTION: An image developing device comprises an image analysis part(110); a voltage control part(120), a reversal control part(130), and an image developing part(140). The image analysis extracts a contrast value from each image pixel of an image. The voltage control part determines the transcription voltage size for transcribing the image according to the contrast value from each image pixel. The reversal voltage part determines the sign of the transcription voltage according to a reversal command. The image developing part develops the image according to the size and sign of the transcription voltage.
