    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make precision of a cut length of a heating wire unnecessary while it can be easily changed to be strung by a method wherein a plurality of chuck pieces are provided inside a sleeve moving with engagement of a screw thread, and a support block is, in a free advance and retreat manner, fitted to a specific position. SOLUTION: One end of a heating wire cut out by an appropriate length is fixed to one side edge of a seal stand. A support block 6 is advanced, and the other end of the heating wire is inserted into a chuck mechanism. By retreating a sleeve 52 on a terminal main body 51 by rotating a sleeve 52, a chuck piece 53 is fastened, held, and the support block is retreated. Thereafter, a suitable tension is always applied to the heating wire with repulsive force of a spring or air pressure of an air cylinder, and a slack is prevented. Since executing holding in of the heating wire after advancing a movable terminal part to a suitable position in holding the chuck mechanism of the heating wire, the heating wire can be easily fitted even by an operator of weak force.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain stable adherence at a time of resin adhering by a method wherein a controlling means interrupts power source supply to a bonding means based on a heating finish output from a first comparing means and a resetting means resets the bonding means to its initial state based on an output from a second comparing means. CONSTITUTION:When a heater 7 is heated and a temperature signal of a thermocouple 22 is outputted through an amplifying IC 25 to a comparator 28, the comparator 28 compares a cooling finish reference voltage inputted from a variable resistance 33 with a voltage outputted from the amplifying IC 25, and at a time when the latter becomes higher than the former, a high level signal is outputted to an input terminal b2 of a NOR-gate 20, whereby an output terminal b3 of the NOR-gate 20 becomes low level. By this, a transistor 12 of a power supplying means 13 turns OFF and a double-directioned thyristor 5 also turns OFF, whereby power supply to the heater 7 is interrupted.
