A controller of this inverter is furnished with one-chip microcomputer 10 performing a pulse pattern control and is further composed of input/output 101, 106, ROM 103, RAM 104, ALU 105, pulse pattern(event)-setting register 107, holding register 109, associative memory 110, comparator 112, excution controller 113 and others. Accordingly, numerical values, on which peak values of three sine waves with 120 deg. phase difference are to be retrieved, are obtained at every given time and an element, of which ignition is to be extinguished, is determined within said time. Also, a pulse width data-computing part operates to obtain data for dividing a given inproportion to peak values of three since waves according to a phase information.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the peak value of dv/dt at the turning OFF time of a gate turn OFF thyristor by connecting diodes in parallel with a forward voltage rising rate (dv/dt) suppressing reactor, and circulating energy stored in the reactor. CONSTITUTION:An inverter which uses a gate turn OFF thyristor (GTO) has reactors Lu, Lx inserted in series with the GTO, and circulating diodes Du, Dx. A surge absorber for suppressing the dv/dt at the turning OFF time is formed of capacitors (c) and diodes (d). In this case, diodes D10 is connected in parallel with the positive pole side reactor Lu of a U arm, and a diode D20 is connected in parallel with a negative pole side reactor Lx of an X arm. Thus, the energy stored in the reactors Lu, Lx is circulated via the diodes D10, D20 to suppress the peak value of the forward voltage at the turning OFF time of the GTO.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable deceleration from a full-load state of an electric motor at the time of a power failure while an elevator is traveled, reduce decrease of large capacity capacitor voltage in a boosting operation, perform a continuous operation according to large capacity capacitor voltage and land the elevator. SOLUTION: A bi-directional voltage boosting/dropping circuit 20 is constituted between a smoothing capacitor 3 and a large capacity capacitor 21. This device is provided with a voltage boosting/dropping circuit control means 30 performing controls by voltage boosting/dropping circuit information on a power failure detecting device 31, a large capacity capacitor voltage detecting device 22, a smoothing capacitor voltage detecting device 32 and an inductor current detecting device 28 and elevator operation information on an inverter control means 10. When the voltage boosting/ dropping circuit control means 30 detects a power failure during a traveling, a deceleration command is generated and voltage of the large capacity capacitor 21 is boosted and controlled up to voltage of the smoothing capacitor 3 according to torque and speed at the time of deceleration. The voltage boosting/dropping circuit control means 30 determines dropping voltage of the large capacity capacitor 21 from a remaining distance up to a target floor and requests the inverter control means 10 to maintain present speed if remaining voltage of the large capacity capacitor 21 is voltage by which the target floor can be attained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set the door opening and closing speed in response to the number of operation times of switches, etc., which are operated when an object or a person is caught or drawn in a car door, and thereby reduce the number of occurrence times of the above affairs. SOLUTION: In a car door control device which drives a door 26 to open and close it at the door opening and closing speed which is formed based on a car door opening and closing signal and a door position detecting signal, the door opening and closing speed is adapted to be variable in response to the number of operation times in a specified period, of at least either of a door opening and closing switch 28 for operating the door 26 in the direction of 'open', a door reversing switch 29 for operating the door in the direction of 'close' by a specified operation during the period the door 26 is operated in the closed direction, and an overload time-door reversing means 6 for reversing the opening and closing operation of the door when a load over a specified value is applied to the door during the operation of opening and closing the door 26.
