An operator arranges the cleaning tool 10 so that the axis of the holding part 12 may become parallel to the width direction of the working table vehicle 20 in the inferior surface center section of the soleplate 21 of the working table vehicle 20. Further, by hanging each of the hooks 14b of the fixed body 14 on the marginal part of the soleplate 21 of the working table vehicle 20, the cleaning tool 10 is mounted on the lower part area of the soleplate 21 of the working table vehicle 20.
