摘要： A compressor/pump head (10; 100; 200) comprises a piston assembly (20; 120; 220) and a chamber-head assembly (30; 130; 230) defining a working chamber (60; 160; 260) between them. The piston assembly is fitted with a first diaphragm (26; 126; 260) and the chamber-head assembly is fitted with a second diaphragm (36; 136). The piston and chamberhead assemblies and their respective diaphragms form complementary relationship so that during compressing phase the two diaphragms form between them a progressive compliance contact until the working chamber's volume is reduced to virtually zero. In this way, the compressor head can achieve a high compression ratio by a relatively small stroke. Furthermore, the chamber-head assembly is fitted with a self-adjusting mechanism including a biasing spring (34; 134) and a cushioning arrangement (80; 180), which can adjust the chamber-head's position automatically in response to changes in outlet pressure. Such a position adjustment can compensate the stroke reduction of a linear drive when the working load is increased.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a plant disease and pest control method using aerial photography and spectral remote sensing technology to record and analyze crop orthographic images. After building meshes from a dense point cloud or 3D depth map, orthographic images are generated. Then, the numbers of crop pest insect, crop leaf infestation area, and the ratio between leaf and its farmland area are calculated using deep learning techniques. After that, the growth curve of the pest population is established via modeling techniques and a pest and disease prediction model is established to determine the optimized timing for pesticide spraying.

摘要： An assembly for splicing first and second optical fibers is contemplated. The assembly typically comprises a splicing member disposed within a barrel member. A first optical fiber can be inserted through a first end of the barrel member, and a second optical fiber can be inserted through a second end of the barrel member to splice ends of the first and second optical fibers in the splicing member. A recess at the second end of the barrel can be used to lock the second optical cable, and a clamping member can be used to hold the second optical fiber. An optical fiber stub holder can couple the first end of the barrel member and an optical fiber stub from which the first optical fiber extends. Thus, the first and second optical fibers can be effectively secured in a splicing relationship using the assembly.

In some embodiments, the deposition-enhancing agent reacts with halide contaminants in the growing thin film, improving film properties.

摘要： The present invention provides a temporary carrier bonding and detaching process. A first surface of a semiconductor wafer is mounted on a first carrier by a first adhesive, and a first isolation coating is disposed between the first adhesive and the first carrier. Then, a second carrier is mounted on the second surface of the semiconductor wafer. The first carrier is detached. The method of the present invention utilizes the second carrier to support and protect the semiconductor wafer, after which the first carrier is detached. Therefore, the semiconductor wafer will not be damaged or broken, thereby improving the yield rate of the semiconductor process. Furthermore, the simplicity of the detaching method for the first carrier allows for improvement in efficiency of the semiconductor process.
