摘要： A semiconductor light-emitting device is provided. In an InGaN-based semiconductor light-emitting device including an Ag electrode, a semiconductor layer on the contact side of at least the Ag electrode is a dislocation semiconductor layer of which dislocation density is selected to be less than 1×107 (1/cm2) and thereby short-circuit caused by Ag migration generated along this dislocation can be avoided. Thus, this semiconductor light-emitting device is able to solve a problem of a shortened life and a problem with the fraction of defective devices encountered with the InGaN-based semiconductor light-emitting device.

摘要： The invention provides an audio plug capable of preventing excessive stress from being applied to a plug by enabling a plug body to be detached from a plug-in portion equipped with a channel plug, thus preventing damage and deterioration of function of the plug or a connecting portion between a cable and the plug. An audio plug 1 is equipped with a plug body 2 connected to a cable 3 leading to a headset, and an adapter 20 having channel plugs 30 and 31 that can be plugged into a jack 73, capable of transmitting audio signals from the jack 73 to the plug body 2 when attached. Since the adapter 20 is detachably attached to the plug body 2 by magnetic force, when a force greater than the magnetic force is applied from the cable 3, the plug body 2 is detached from the adapter 20 leaving the adapter 20 plugged into the jack 73, thus preventing poor contact or disconnection caused by excessive force applied to a connecting portion 5 of the cable 3.

摘要： A lens driving apparatus for driving a movable body in a focus direction and a tracking direction is provided with: a holder, to which a focus coil, a tracking coil and a lens are installed, to thereby constitute the movable body; and a magnetic circuit for applying magnetic fluxes to the focus coil and the tracking coil, to thereby drive the movable body in the focus direction and the tracking direction. The tracking coil includes two sets each having upper and lower two coils arrayed in the focus direction such that the two sets are arrayed in the tracking direction. The magnetic circuit applies the magnetic fluxes opposite to each other along a jitter direction, with respect to the upper two coils and the lower two coils without applying the magnetic fluxes with respect to portions adjacent to the upper and lower two coils.

The apparatus includes magnetic flux producing elements for providing magnetic flux to tracking coils fixed to a lens holder parallel to a focusing direction. The magnetic flux producing elements provide a first magnetic flux to a first area of the coil and a second magnetic flux to a second area of the coil. The first magnetic flux has a direction opposite to that of the second magnetic flux. At least a portion of a boundary surface between the first and the second areas is inclined from a focus direction of the lens.
