    • PURPOSE: A heating line and a protection circuit thereof are provided to improve safety by fundamentally preventing the overheating of a heating mat after adding a low power power saving protection circuit which is switched on by a switch on the circuit of a temperature controller for a heating mat. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(100-1) receives a commercial AC source. A switch(200-1) is formed in order to select a heating line and a sleep line. A heating line is formed to control temperature according to a set temperature. A hotwire(400-1) for power saving is formed in order to maintain the surface temperature of a heating mat at less than 60°. A heat LED(500-1) is turned on according to the selection of the heating line or the hotwire for power saving.

    • An egg thermos vessel using rock salts is provided to improve taste of eggs and expectation of consumers by using the color and far infrared emission effect of rock salts. An egg thermos vessel(100) comprises a main body(2), an infrared lamp(3), a heat radiation pipe(6), a plurality of rock salts(4), and a temperature controller(5). The main body is fitted with handles(1) on both sides and has a cavity inside. The infrared lamp is installed in the inner bottom of the main body and emits heat. The heat radiation pipe is made in a semicircular shape to disperse the heat of the infrared lamp evenly. The rock salts are laminated to certain height on the upper part inside the main body and heated by the heat of the infrared lamp to emit far infrared rays. The temperature controller is installed outside the main body and controls the heating temperature of the infrared lamp.

    • A thermal radiation type heating device using a nichrome coil is provided to prevent an object to be dried from being damaged by uniformly giving the heat inside the dryer through radiation and to control an amount of heat by using electrical energy. A cover(10) forms an internal space to open the bottom and a heat radiation unit outside, and is fixed in an upper part of the dryer. An insulation holder(20) of a cup shape is comprised in a ceiling part inside the cover and is made of ceramic insulating material, and is coupled with a nichrome coil(30) which is wound around the outer circumference and radiates the heat. A PCB circuit supplies the power by connecting a wire by using nichrome coils inside the cover in an upper part of the outer part of the cover.

    • PURPOSE: A heater assembly and a foot bath apparatus using the same are provided to prevent current leakage by forming a sheath heater into a double-insulating structure through a double pipe and an insulating material. CONSTITUTION: A heater insertion hole is formed by penetrating a heating block(100). A sheath heater(200) is inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the heater insertion hole. An overheating prevention sensor is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the heating block. The overheating prevention sensor measures surface temperature of the heating block. If the measured temperature is higher than a pre-set temperature, the overheating prevention sensor cuts off power.
