    • A load lock chamber (100) and methods for treating multiple substrates using the same are provided. The load lock chamber (100) includes a chamber housing (10), a chuck (20), a support frame (30) and at least one elevating mechanism (40). The chamber housing (10) has a first vacuum valve (11) and a second vacuum valve (12), via which the substrates are loaded in the chamber housing (10) or unloaded out of the chamber housing (10). The chuck (20) has a plate portion (21) for holding the substrates. The plate portion (21) is received in the chamber housing (10) and defines at least two notches (23). The support frame (30) received in the chamber housing (10) has at least two connecting portions (32). A stack of support platforms (33) protrudes from either of the connecting portions (32). Every support platform (33) has a placing portion (332) arranged in the notch (23) of the chuck (20). The placing portions (332) which are in the same plane are parallel with the plate portion (21) and capable of holding a piece of the substrates. The elevating mechanism (40) is used for raising or lowering the connecting portions (32) of the support frame (30).

    • This invention pertains to polyethylene extrusion compositions. In particular, the invention pertains to ethylene polymer extrusion compositions having high drawdown and substantially reduced neck-in. The compositions comprise from 40 to 90% by weight of the composition of a first polyethylene composition, said first polyethylene composition comprising a linear low density polyethylene having a density in the range of from 0.90 to 0.96 g/cm3, and a melt index (I2) of from 5 to 15 g/ 10 min; and from 1 to 10 % by weight of the composition of a second polyethylene composition, said second polyethylene composition comprising a high pressure low density polyethylene having a density in the range of from 0.915 to 0.930 g/cm3, and a melt index of from 0.1 to 3 g/ 10 min; and from 10 to 50 % by weight of the composition of a third polyethylene composition, said third polyethylene composition comprising a high pressure low density polyethylene having a density in the range of from 0.915 to 0.930 g/cm3, and a melt index of from 5 to 15 g/ 10 min.

    • A method is provided for updating or handling the update of a media path between a first user terminal and a second user terminal in a telecommunications network. The media path includes one or more gateway nodes. Each gateway node includes a gating function for gating media packets. Each gating function has an associated controlling function for controlling the gating function. A message is received (S5) at a gating function from its associated controlling function indicating that an update of the gating at the gating function is required. The gating function arranges (S6) for a new gating, appropriate for the new or updated media path, to be opened while keeping the old gating, appropriate for the old or previous or existing media path, open (S8). The gating function determines (S7) when the media has been switched, or at least is likely to have been switched, to the new path. When it is so determined, the gating function arranges for the old gating to be closed (S9).
