    • PURPOSE:To make a small diameter of a valve body and improve an operating characteristic of a valve device during its high speed operation by a method wherein a groove is provided in the valve body and a seal pat is integrally formed with the valve body in such a way as at least a part of the seal pat may be inserted into this groove. CONSTITUTION:A seal pat 5 is formed such that a predetermined groove 21 is formed in advance in a surface opposing to a flowing port 4 of a valve body 6, the valve body 6 is mounted in a base 22 and fixed by a fixing jig A23 and a fixing jig B24. These fixing jigs A23 and B24 are set in such a way as a space is present along the groove 21. Then, powder of fluorine resin acting as raw material for the seal pat 5 is flowed into this space and this material is baked at a high temperature while this space is being compressed with a pressure P. The valve body has a quite simple structure due to the fact that the seal pat 5 is integrally formed with the valve body 6 through a baking operation and further the valve body has substantially the same diameter as that of the seal surface 7, resulting in that the valve body can be made small in size. A superior accurate working can be attained and at the same time a processing stage is simplified.

CONSTITUTION:A compression mechanism section constituted of a rotary scroll 2 provided with laps 2b and 2b on both sides of an end plate 2a and a pair of fixed scrolls 3 and 4 arranged on both sides of it and provided with a lap only on one side is stored at the upper section in an enclosed case 1, a motor 10 constituted of a rotor 11 and a stator 12 is stored below it. In a scroll fluid machine thus constituted, a bearing 8 is formed at the center of the end plate 2a of the rotary scroll 2, the eccentric upper portion of a shaft 9 to drive the rotary scroll 2 is coupled with this bearing 8. Through holes 13a and 13b with different sizes to adjust the center of gravity and match with the center of the bearing 8 are formed at appropriate positions on the rotary scroll 2.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce friction loss without needing particularly high accuracy in piston motion by providing circumferentially grooves on the surface of a ring opposed to a cylinder or piston and attached to either the cylinder or piston between the cylinder and the piston. CONSTITUTION:While a piston 2 is guided by guide rings 6, 7 to reciprocate in a cylinder 1, fluid in the cylinder 1 is prevented from leakage by a ring 8. Namely, the fluid tends to pass through guide portions 10 having no sealing action between the cylinder 1 and ring 8 and a region provided with a plurality of grooves 11. However, in the region between the guide portions 10 is produced a labyrinth effect by a plurality of the grooved 11 to prevent fluid from leakage so that the sealing performance here is equal to that of a normal reciprocation type labyrinth packing. Also, the fluid tending to pass through between the piston 2 and ring 8 is sealed by one end A of the ring 8 and the one end A is sealed by the ring 8 pressed toward the outside of cylinder 1 due to the pressure action of fluid.

    • PURPOSE: To improve a durability of a valve disc by providing a valve port at a head wall of a cylinder, supporting the disc for opening or closing the port to a valve operating member via an elastic element, and providing a vent hole for ventilating a space substantially sealed via slidable contact of the member with an inner surface of the cylinder and a space in the cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A sealing surface of a valve disc (sealing pad) 28 is brought into contact or separated from a head wall 2 merely in an axial direction, i.e., moved in a direction non-sliding to an inner surface of a cylinder 1 or the wall 2 to open or close a valve port (exhaust port) 21. Accordingly, no wear occurs on the sealing surface of the disc 28. And, a pressure contact force of the disc 28 is given by an elastic element 29 provided between the disc 28 and a valve operating member 22. A reaction force of the contact force is operated at the member 22 in a direction for separating the member 22 from the wall 2. When a piston 14 starts to move in a direction for separating from the wall 2, the member 22 is moved to a position where the reaction is balanced with a sliding resistance of the member 22, and then stopped. In this case, the contact force of the member 22 to the inner surface of the cylinder 1 is not changed due to a vent hole 45.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive at enhancing the productivity and the seal effect by setting the width of a scroll lap to be smaller than that of a scroll groove formed in a mirror plate and receiving therein the scroll lap, and by forming the scroll lap from a material having a thermal expansion coefficient which is greater than that of the mirror plate. CONSTITUTION:A scroll blade 6 is formed in such a way that an scroll lap 6b formed in an involute curve shape is fitted in a scroll groove 6c having the same involute curve shape and formed in one surface of mirror plate 6a. In this arrangement, the width H1 of the scroll lap 6b is set to be smaller than the width H2 of the scroll groove 6c. The scroll lap 6b is made of a material, such as engineering plastic or the like, having a thermal expansion coefficient which is greater than that of cast iron or the like from which the mirror plate 6a is formed. With this arrangement, the scroll lap 6b is easily fitted in the scroll groove 6c while the seal effect between the lap 6b and the groove 6c may be enhanced, thereby it is possible to enhance the volumetric efficiency.
