    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for manufacturing laminated components, which can be laminated in higher accuracy at a low manufacturing cost and higher manufacturing efficiency, without generation of elongation and wrinkle using a self-standing green sheet which can be easily processed to form a thinner sheet, and to provide a method of manufacturing the laminated component using the same sheet. SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a laminated ceramic capacitor, comprising the steps of bonding the self-supporting green sheet 22, consisting of a film including inorganic substance which includes inorganic substance element and polymeric resin element to a carrier 24 to be removed using an adhesive agent 26, forming electrodes to the surface of the self-standing green sheet 22 bonded to the carrier 24, peeling from the carrier 24, the self-supporting green sheet 22 on which the electrode layers are formed, laminating the self-standing green sheet 22 peeled from the carrier 24 and burning the laminated self-supporting green sheet 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of a dielectric porcelain composition which is used for manufacturing a multilayer ceramic capacitor having lesser change in capacitance with time in a DC electric field, a long accelerated life of insulation resistance and lesser reduction in capacitance when a DC bias is applied, and also to provide a manufacturing process of such a multilayer ceramic capacitor, using the composition. SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain composition comprises BaTiO3 used as a main component, a second auxiliary component containing at least one compound selected from SiO2, MO (wherein M is at least one element selected from Ba, Ca, Sr and Mg), Li2O and B2O3, and an auxiliary component other than the second auxiliary component. This production process of the dielectric porcelain composition comprises a stage for mixing the main component with the auxiliary component other than the second auxiliary component, to obtain a mixed powder, a stage for calcining the mixed powder to prepare a calcined powder, and a stage for mixing the calcined powder with the second auxiliary component so that the ratio of each of these auxiliary components to the main component (BaTiO3) is adjusted to a prescribed molar ratio, to produce the objective dielectric porcelain composition. An example of this manufacturing process of a dielectric-layer-containing electronic component is multilayer ceramic capacitor manufacturing process using this dielectric porcelain composition.
