摘要： Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung zur sensorbasierten Untersuchung biologischer Zellen vorgestellt. Das Verfahren umfasst ein Ausstatten mindestens eines sterilen Gefäßes, das eine Öffnung und einen zumindest bereichsweise planaren Boden aufweist, mit mindestens einem Sensor zur Untersuchung biologischer Zellen. Nach der Ausstattung des sterilen Gefäßes mit dem Sensor wird ein flüssiges Medium zur Kryokonservierung, das biologische Zellen enthält, auf eine Oberfläche des mindestens einen Sensors in dem mindestens einen Gefäß aufgebracht. Anschließend wird das flüssige Medium zur Kryokonservierung, das biologische Zellen enthält, eingefroren. Eine derart hergestellte Vorrichtung erlaubt eine ökonomischere und weniger fehleranfällige sensorbasierte Untersuchung biologischer Zellen und deren Transport und Lagerung in der genannten Vorrichtung bis zum Zeitpunkt der Untersuchung. Verwendungen der Vorrichtung werden vorgeschlagen.
