摘要： The invention relates to a method and a device for generating electrical energy in a combined system consisting of a power plant and an air handling system. The power plant comprises a first gas expansion unit connected to a generator. The air handling system comprises an air compression unit, a heat exchange system, and a fluid tank. In a first operating mode, feed air is compressed in the air compression unit and cooled in the heat exchange system. A storage fluid is generated from the compressed and cooled feed air and is stored as cryogenic fluid in fluid tank. In a second operating mode, cryogenic fluid is removed from fluid tank and is vaporized, or pseudo-vaporized, at superatmospheric pressure. The gaseous high pressure storage fluid generated is expanded in the gas expansion unit. Gaseous natural gas is introduced into the heat exchange system (21) to be liquefied.

The two streams are then combined and expanded in a turboexpander to generate refrigeration for the plant. The flow rates of the two streams are adjusted to control inlet temperature of a turboexpander supplying plant refrigeration and to minimize potential deviation of the turboexpander exhaust from a saturated vapor state. Control of the expansion ratio can advantageously be applied to allow variable liquid production from the rectification plant.

摘要： A device for obtaining liquid nitrogen by low-temperature air fractionation in a distillation column system for nitrogen-oxygen separation includes a high-pressure column; a low-pressure column; a high-pressure column top condenser which is constructed as a condenser-evaporator and comprises a liquefaction compartment and an evaporation compartment; a low-pressure column top condenser which is constructed as a condenser-evaporator and comprises a liquefaction compartment and an evaporation compartment. A throttle stream is formed by one part of a purified feed air that is liquefied or pseudoliquefied in a main heat exchanger. The throttle stream is expanded, and at least some of the expanded throttle stream is introduced as refrigerant stream into the evaporation compartment of the high-pressure column top condenser.

摘要： In a process for the production of a pressurized gaseous product by low-temperature separation of air, which is at times done in a gas operation and at times in a combined operation, whereby in the gas operation and in the combined operation (a) purified charging air is cooled under pressure, partially liquefied, and subjected to rectification to produce gaseous and liquid fractions, (b) extremely cold liquid of at least one of the liquid fractions from the rectification is evaporated under elevated pressure by indirect heat exchange with feed air, heated, and obtained as a pressurized gaseous product, whereby in combined operation, (c) the cold that is required for this purpose is generated in an air-refrigeration cycle, by air being compressed in the refrigeration cycle and work expanded, in which case heat is removed from the air, and the actively depressurized air that is partially in countercurrent is heated again with the charging air that is to be cooled and then repressurized, (d) extremely cold liquid is produced and at least partially stored. During gas operation, the air throughput in the refrigeration cycle is reduced to zero, and extremely cold stored liquid is used to compensate for cold losses that are no longer covered by the refrigeration cycle. In the corresponding apparatus, during gas operation the compressor(s) for the supply of recycle air are switched off in a compressor station for recycle air and throttle air.
