摘要： Disclosed herein are an interlayer film for glass laminate, which contains a polyvinyl acetal resin and can be easily bonded to glass sheets to produce a glass laminate having high transparency, and a glass laminate using such an interlayer film. The interlayer film for glass laminate includes 100 parts by weight of a polyvinyl acetal resin and 40 to 75 parts by weight of a plasticizer, wherein 4 to 40 wt % of the plasticizer is composed of an unsaturated fatty acid alkyl ester having 16 to 20 carbon atoms.

摘要： The present invention provides multiple layer interlayers having a relatively soft inner layer and relatively stiff outer layers that can be laminated without unacceptable optical distortion and used in various multiple layer glass panel type applications.Multiple layer interlayers of the present invention have surface topography that is formed by embossing the exposed surface of the interlayer, or individual layers of the multiple layer interlayer, after formation of the interlayer or layers. The embossing process is carried out under temperature conditions that prevent the transfer of the embossing to inner layers of the interlayer.By precisely controlling the embossing of the interlayer, lamination of the interlayer with a rigid substrate does not lead to unacceptable optical distortion caused by the transfer of the surface topography through outer, stiffer layers into softer, internal layers of the interlayer.

The invention also provides an interlayer for a laminated glass which provides for good deaeration without a risk for premature margial sealing even if the temperature at initiation of deaeration at preliminary contact bonding is not critically controlled and which does not require raising of temperature for achieving a marginal seal of the glass-interlayuer assembly, and a laminated glass containing said interlayer.

摘要： The invention provides a laminated glass and a method of producing the same. This laminated glass includes first and second transparent glass plates and an interlayer film interposed therebetween. This interlayer film has functional ultra-fine particles which have a particle diameter of up to 0.2 &mgr;m and are dispersed therein. Due to the incorporation of the ultra-fine particles thereinto, the interlayer film is provided with various additional functions such as heat insulation, ultraviolet ray absorption and the maintenance of a sufficient radio transmittance. Therefore, the laminated glass becomes suitable as an architectural or automotive laminated glass.
