    • PURPOSE: A spraying module for high-pressure homogenizer is provided to manufacture emulsion and dispersed solution of the excellent quality with high transference due to the high shear force, turbulence or parasitic phenomenon, strong shock and excellent cavitation. CONSTITUTION: The spraying module for high-pressure homogenizer includes: cylinder(110); a first nozzle block(200); and a second nozzle block(300). In the cylinder, center is penetrated toward cylindrical. The first nozzle block is combined in the in-between of cylinder and forms injection path. The first nozzle block includes: a first circular hole(220); a circular trench(230); and a fine groove(240). The first circular hole rounds the radius in-between of the side(210) circle. More than one of the first circular hole is at least formed through both sides(210, 211) of block. The circular trench has the radius of the constant distance from the center of the side circle. The fine groove is formed between the first circular hole and circular trench. The fine groove is circumscribed from the center of the first circular hole to the circumference of the circular trench. The second nozzle block is combined in the in-between of cylinder and forms the injection path. The second nozzle block forms a second circular hole(310), and a third circular hole(320) and a projection(330). In the second circular hole, diameter is similar to the diameter of the circular trench. In the third circular hole, diameter is smaller than the diameter of the circular trench. The third circular hole is formed to be penetrated into one body while forming the second circular hole and the projection.

    • A paint dispensing apparatus having a housing with a turntable rotatably mounted to the housing about a vertical axis. A plurality of stations on the turntable are circumferentially spaced from each other and each station is adapted to receive a paint dispenser having a plunger in which movement of the plunger dispenses paint from the paint dispenser. An indexing drive, upon activation, rotates the turntable to sequentially position the stations at a dispensing position. When at the dispensing position, an actuator mounted to the housing mechanically engages the plunger of the paint dispenser positioned at the dispensing station. A receptacle is mounted to the housing beneath the turntable and aligned with the dispensing position. A controller is then coupled to the indexing drive and is programmed to sequentially move the stations into alignment with the dispensing station and, when at the dispensing station, move the actuator to dispense paint from the paint dispenser at the dispensing position into the receptacle.
