摘要： In order to realize a stabilized pivotal movement of an armature to thereby obtain pivotal force required for high-speed printing, a pivot shaft is held such that an armature having an attracted face that is in contact with a core, that has a coil wound therearound and has a pole face, and the pivot shaft is opposed to the core, whereby the armature becomes pivotable. An attracting direction of attraction force F acted on the attracted face by the core and the moving direction in which the attracted face moves due to the attraction force F are made substantially equal to each other.

摘要： A sheet post-processing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a sheet discharge section that feeds a sheet supplied from an image forming apparatus to a post-processing section and leads the sheet that has passed through the post-processing section to a sheet discharge port; a sheet discharge tray that receives a sheet discharged from the sheet discharge port and can move to a first standby position and a second standby position higher than the first standby position and nearer to the sheet discharge port; and a controller that controls the height position of the sheet discharge tray by identifying the type of the sheet. The controller changes the height position of the sheet discharge tray to allow the sheet discharge tray to receive the discharged sheet at the first standby position in the case where the sheet is a first type while to receive the discharged sheet at the second standby position in the case where the sheet is a second type.

摘要： A sheet post-processing apparatus according to the present invention has a standby tray for making a sheet at the position above a processing tray. The sheet on the standby tray is dropped and supplied onto the processing tray. This configuration reduces the sheet feeding path from the standby tray to processing tray. The upper end of the center area of a shutter supporting the rear end of the sheet on a sheet discharge tray which is slidable to the sheet discharge section of the standby tray or processing tray is made lower than the upper end of the peripheral area of the shutter to prevent the sheet from being brought into contact with the shutter when the sheet is discharged, thereby avoiding jamming of the sheet and achieving the vertical alignment of the sheet on the processing tray. Movable portions of the shutter are extended when the sheet discharge tray is slid to close the sheet discharge sections of the processing tray and/or standby tray, thereby preventing the sheet on the sheet discharge tray from reversely being fed to the processing tray and/or standby tray.

摘要： Above a processing tray, a standby tray for making sheets of paper P stand by is installed. The sheets of paper P on the standby tray are dropped, fed, and moved to the processing tray, thus the conveying path from the standby tray to the processing tray is shortened. A conveyor belt is arranged at an angle with the processing tray so that the front end side of the sheets is positioned higher than the rear end side thereof and the conveyor belt on the front end side of the sheets is projected from the processing tray. By doing this, frictional force of the conveyor belt with the sheets of paper P on the rear end side is made smaller, and frictional force with the sheets of paper P on the front end side is made larger, and the ejectability of sheets from the processing tray after ending of the post process is improved.
