    • A heavy load bearing includes a casing and assembly having at least two units and an axial hole run-through by a shaft. Each unit has a mounting portion on the circumferential outer surface, two connection portions at two ends, an axle hole, and at least one groove indented axially from the connection portion and formed between an outer wall near the mounting portion and an inner wall near the axle hole. At least one set of multiple notches is formed annularly on a free end of the inner wall and communicating with the groove and axle hole. The casing has an axial cavity to hold the assembly. Two abutting units are coupled to form at least one storage chamber to store lubricating media. The notches of the two abutting units form at least one set of multiple fine flow passages communicating with the axial hole and storage chamber.

    • A bearing includes a housing and an assembly which consists of at least two elements. Each element has an axle hole to form an axial hole of the assembly run through by a shaft. At least one element has at least one set of multiple notches formed thereon directing towards at least one of two ends thereof to communicate with the axle hole, and at least one groove with an enlarged opening formed on the wall surface of the axle hole directing towards the notches. The groove on the wall surface of the axle hole has at least one set of multiple recesses formed thereon. The housing has a through axial cavity to house the assembly. The bearing has at least one storage chamber to store lubricating media. The notches on at least one set of adjacent elements form at least one set of multiple passages communicating with the storage chamber and the axial hole.

A method for producing the fan seat includes the following steps: providing a mold (50) with a cavity (53), locating the bearing set in the cavity with a space (60) formed between the bearing set and the mold corresponding to the tubal portion, injecting molten material into the space, and cooling the molten material whereby the molten material congeals into the tubal portion and integrates with the tube.
