    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a main pipe and a branching pipe to be simutaneously regenerated. SOLUTION: A lining pig 4, a mass of lining resin (A) and a resin conveyor pig 5 are introduced into a pipe through a first opening 1a and a lining tube 14 which is turned inside out is inserted into the pipe through the first opening (A) after the resin conveyor pig 5, and hydraulic pressure is applied to an interior of the lining tube, which is then brought into contact with an inner wall surface of a main pipe 1 in such a manner as to close a branching opening 2, and the pig 4, the mass of the lining resin (A) and the pig 5 are transferred to a second opening 1b side at a potion where the tube is turned inside out, and a suction pump 33 and a resin supplying means 34 are communicatively connected to a selector valve 32 fitted in an opening 31 of the branching pipe and the suction pump is driven to evacuate an interior of the branching pipe so that a mass of the resin (B) is introduced up to the branching opening 2 to thereby form a lining resin film on an inner wall of the branching pipe, and the tube which is in contact with the inner wall surface of the main pipe is recovered, and the pig 4, the mass of the resin (A) and the pig 5 are moved toward the first opening side to form a lining resin film along the inner wall surface of the main pipe 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a passage section to be inspected in a pipe line comparatively long and to determine a position where leakage occurs in the pipe line system particularly having lots of bent sections with accuracy. SOLUTION: A pipe inner pressure detecting means 16 having a pressure meter 17 and a pump means 15 are provided to one opening section so that the inner pressure of the pipe in the section where leakage is to be inspected can be read by means of the pressure meter 17. A soft and flexible tube 6 is inserted into the pipe passage 1 from the other opening section in a condition that the tube is turned over to be inverted. A liquid pressure is applied to an inner section of the inverted tube 6 so that the turned-over/inverted section of the tube 6 is advanced to a prescribed position along the pipe passage by virtue of the pressure. Then, the inner section of the pipe in the section to be inspected is compressed or decompressed by the pump means 15 and the decrease or increase of the inner pressure of the pipe passage 1 is monitored by means of the pressure meter 17 to execute the airtight inspection. The position of turned-over/inverted section of the tube 6 is moved and the airtight inspection is repeated, thereby determining a position where leakage occurs in the pipe passage.

    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to move a leveling off pig without dropping this pig into an expanded diameter part over the entire transfer length of the pipe within a resin plug so that the subsequent lining is adequately executed by filling the recess of the reduced diameter part with a preceding resin in the case where the expanded diameter part exists in a pipeline line. CONSTITUTION: The leveling off pig 3 is arranged in such a manner that the pig 3 arrives at the top side of the resin plug in the position where the resin transfer is completed and thereafter, a liquid feed pump 10 is operated to inject the resin A from an above-the-ground aperture 14 into a supply pipe 7 by the liquid pressure. Next, a liquid resin transfer pig 4, a liquid absorbent material 5 and a liquid shielding pig 6 are introduced by the same liquid pressure into the supply pipe 7 and thereafter, the liquid feed pump 10 is operated to suck and pressurize the liquid B in a liquid tank 9 and to inject the liquid into the supply pipe 7, by which the resin A is transferred to a branching position 2. At this time, the resin A preceding to the leveling off pig 3 fills the recess of the expanded diameter part 12 if there is the expanded diameter part 12 on the pipeline during the transfer of the resin and, therefore, the incident that the pigs 3, 4, 6 fall into the recess and are unable to pass this part is prevented.
