摘要： PURPOSE:To omit a branch part and an insulation bush from a metal container so as to miniaturize a device by forming the extinguishing cylinder of a gas insulation opening/closing device out of insulation material and forming a conductor as one body so that it may pierce an extinguishing chamber. CONSTITUTION:The extinguishing chamber 7 of a gas insulation opening/closing device is formed of an almost cylindrical extinguishing cylinder 1 and covers 2, 3 to close the opening of the extinguishing cylinder 1. This extinguishing cylinder 1 and the covers 2, 3 are formed of insulating material consisting of thermosetting resin, and plural conductors 8, 9 held in advance at the specified position by a metal mold are inserted so as to form in a body when forming the extinguishing cylinder 1. This each conductor 8, 9 consists of parts 8a, 9a exposed to inside of the cylinder 1 and parts 8b, 9b projected to the outside of the extinguishing chamber 7 passing through the extinguishing cylinder 1. Further a couple of contactors consisting of a fixed contactor 4 and a movable contactor 6 are provided inside the extinguishing chamber 7, and the contactor 4 is pierced through the contactor and fixed there. Besides, a sliding contactor 5 which contacts with and slides on the inside circumference 9a of the conductor 9 is fixed to the contactor 6, which is projected to the outside of the extinguishing chamber 7, piercing the cover 3.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insulation deterioration and provide a switch gear having high safety and reliability by preventing adhesion to a flexible conductor without using a material for preventing adhesion. SOLUTION: A vacuum container 20 is penetrated by a power source side conductor 21 and a load side conductor 33. A first fixed electrode 23 is mounted on a tip of the power source side conductor 21, and a movable electrode 24 is mounted on a tip of a conductive rod 26 so as to be in contact with on separate from the conductor 33. Thereby, a main circuit switch 25 is formed. To the conductive rod 26, a metal ring 27 is attached, and a flexible conductor 40 is brazed between the metal ring 27 and the load side conductor 33 to connect them. To cover the flexible conductor 40, a bellows 41a is brazed between the metal ring 27 and the load side conductor 33 to maintain airtightness. In the bellows 41a, air or nitrogen gas is enclosed.

In this case, a main circuit switching part of the switching device is formed from the moving contact 6a and the fixed contact 5b, and when the moving conductor 6 is positioned at the upper limit of the movable region, a current is carried through a path composed of an upper fixed electrode 5a, a fixed conductor 5, time fixed contact 5b, the moving contact 6a, the moving conductor 6, a flexible conductor 8 and a lower fixed electrode 15. Then, not only the main circuit switching part but also all moving components such as a driving part of a closing(opening) repulsion coil 13a(13b) are received in the vacuum container 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch gear having higher safety and reliability by preventing artificial deposition of flexible conductor or contactor to a contact area without using a material for preventing adhesion. SOLUTION: A cylindrical first cover member 51 having the bottom is mounted to a part of a metal ring 27 opposed to a conductor 33 in the load side under the condition that the bottom part thereof is placed in contact with the circumference of such metal ring 27. Size in the axial length direction of the first cover member 51 is formed a little shorter than the size between the metal ring 27 and load side conductor 33 and the circumference of the first cover member 51 is bent toward the inside. Moreover, the load side conductor 33 is provided with a second cover member 52 which is formed in the shape similar to but in the size smaller than the first cover member 51 in such a manner that the bottom part is placed in contact with the front end part of the load side conductor 33 and end part is provided to enter the first cover member 51. The internal bottom of the first cover member 51 and the internal bottom of the second cover member 52 are respectively provided with holes and a double arch type flexible conductor 40 is extended to the part opposed to both holes of the metal ring 27 and load side conductor 33.
