    • PURPOSE:To restrain the supply of dangerous high-temperature hot-water from a hot-water supplying cock and prevent scald by a method wherein a deciding value, determined by the length of the posing time of heating operation, is provided and when the posing time is shorter than the deciding value, heating operation by a burner is delayed by a necessary time to prevent overheating after 'after boiling' even when a water amount sensor has detected the restarting of the supply of hot-water through the opening operation of the hot-water supplying cock. CONSTITUTION:The title hot-water supplier is provided with a heat exchanger 1, a water amount detector 4, detecting the flow rate of water when a hot-water supplying cock Q is operated, a hot-water temperature setter 6, setting a hot-water outlet temperature, a supplying water thermistor, detecting the temperature of supplying water, an outlet hot-water thermistor 3, detecting the hot-water outlet temperature, and a timer 8, counting a time from the opening operation of a hot-water supplying cock Q to the restarting of the opening operation of the cock Q. The time, counted by the timer 8, is compared with the preset deciding value to delay a heating command from the water amount detector 4 by a necessary time. According to this method, scald due to the supply of hot-water of after boiling can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To enlarge the output signal range of a pressure sensor only to a practically required range and hence obtain required accuracy by adding an output signal of a pressure sensor to a D/A signal output from a microcomputer, taking deviation from an arbitrary reference value, and amplifying the deviation signal so that it may conform to accuracy required. CONSTITUTION:When a pressure sensor 1 detects a hydraulic pressure in a bath tub, a signal correlated with the detected hydraulic pressure is output. In order to incorpo rate an arbitrary range of an output signal of the pressure sensor, a digital signal of a certain bit number is adapted to come out from a D/A signal output section 2; it is converted into an analog signal at a D/A converter 3, and added into the signal of the pressure sensor at an adder 4. The signal added at the adder 4 is deviated from an arbitrary reference value at a deviation amplifier 5 and the deviation is amplified therein. The analog signal transmitted from the deviation amplifier 5 is converted into a digital value at an A/D converter 6. A digital value comparison control section 8 compares this digital value with the digital value or the range of the digital value stored in a reference digital value memory section 7 and detects the water level.

    • PURPOSE:To evacuate the air in a return pipe to enable the water in a bath tab to circulate, by controlling switchover of a three-way valve and on-off operation of a pump in the case a bath tab is located above the pump. CONSTITUTION:Hot water supply to a bath tab 1 is carried out by switching a three- way valve 8 over to the side of a hot water supply device 7, and by operating the hot water supply device 7 and a pump 5. When the water level exceeds the position of an adapter 4 causing a change in the pressure in a return pipe 3, and the signal of a water pressure sensor 9 exceeds a certain level, the hot water supply device 7 and the pump 5 are stopped, and the three-way valve 8 is turned to the side of the return pipe 3. As a result, the hot water in a supply pipe 2 flows back to the return pipe 3 through the pump 5 and the three-way valve 8, and the air in the return pipe 3 is discharged to the bath tab 1 through the adapter 4. The period of time required for replacing the air with water is determined by a delay device 14. After that, a load driving device 11 operates the pump 5 to evacuate the air completely, that is confirmed by a signal from a flow switch 6. Then, after the pump 5 is stopped and the three-way valve 8 is turned to the side of the hot water supply device 7, the hot water supply device 7 and the pump 5 are operated to supply hot water to the bath tab 1.

    • PURPOSE:To make a gas cut-off device safer by measuring for a specified period the flow rate pattern of a gas actually used automatically by the temperature judgement signal of a temperature condition judgement section and at the same time resetting a criterion that meets actual situation. CONSTITUTION:After setting up a gas cut-off device, the outside temperature is detected by a temperature sensor 11 to judge whether specified temperature conditions are met. If they are met, a temperature judgement signal is outputted. With this signal a timer section 13 operates at a specified time, and the counting for a specified period is started. At the same time a use-state memory section 14 stores the patterns of use from a use-state detection section 6. When the counting for a specified period is finished, data actually measured in a section 15 where optimum use-state is to be memorized is changed to a suitable use condition and stored. And the content of the memory in the section 15 is received in a memory storage section 16 having the same function as the section 15 in response to the temperature judgement signal. Then, an optimum use condition setting section 17 the initial conditions of an initial condition setting section 7 and the suitable condition of use of the optimum use-state memory storage which was received before are compared by a new equal temperature judgement signal, and an optimum use state which is actually used is set up.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce influences of ambient noise and radio machine noise to detect a beat disturbance level by providing an intermediate frequency amplifier with a variable band pass filter which detects interference, a detecting circuit which converts it to a DC level, a comparing circuit which compares the variation, and a switching circuit which switches the band characteristic of the band pass filter. CONSTITUTION:A beat frequency appears in an input level detecting terminal (a) of an intermediate frequency amplifier and detector 15 together with the reception level. The DC component indicating the reception level is given from the input level detection output terminal (a) to a low pass emphasis amplifier 22. Its set level (L dB) is decided by a control part 19, and the control part 19 varies a center frequency (f) of a variable band pass filter 24 to search the beat if the output level is lower than the set level. If the output level is higher than a measured set level (B dB), the frequency of the variable band pass filter 24 is fixed to detect the beat for a certain time, and a signal indicating the presence of interference is outputted to the control part 19 from an output terminal (c). The control part 19 receives this signal to vary the frequency of a VCO 20 to switch the channel to a new channel free from cochannel interference.
