    • PURPOSE:To enable stabilized operation irrespective of fluctuations in thermal load of superconductivity equipment by installing at least one low temperature transportation means which is connected with a vessel and each super fluid helium generation unit and distributes super fluid helium. CONSTITUTION:A superconductivity magnet 1 is housed in a vessel 3 insulated and supported in a high vacuum tank 2 and submerged in and cooled with the super fluid helium filled in the vessel 3. The vessel 3 is connected with a super fluid helium vessel 5 for a super fluid helium generation unit 5 by way of a low temperature transportation means which comprises a pipeline 7 penetrating through a space (highly insulated section) maintained under highly vacuum and insulated state inside a pipeline 6. During steady operation, the heat generated in the superconductivity magnet 1 is transferred to the super fluid helium vessel 5 swiftly by a counter flow within the super fluid helium by filling the vessel 3, the super fluid helium vessel 5 and the pipeline 7 with the super fluid helium so that the heat may be removed at a low temperature generation section (surface vaporizing section) of super fluid helium.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an exacter plant operation support guide by using plural knowledge bases, which are equipped in the plant operation support guide system, and totally judging an inferred result by the respective knowledge bases according to operation results in the past to every state of a plant. CONSTITUTION:The operation judged result in the past is accumulated to respective knowledge base parts 13 and this result is used as experience knowledge. Then, the inferred result of each knowledge base to correspond to the process state of the plant is weighted in an inference processing part 12. On the basis of evaluation in the part 12, total evaluation is executed by a judgement processing part 17. When an operation subject equipment is operated, real operation and the result are compared and the weighting in each knowledge is executed in correspondence to the process state. Then, a knowledge base evaluation results file 11 is prepared. Using this file, the total judgement is executed in correspondence to the ratio of the weighting in each knowledge base according to the process state. Then, an operation support guide 9 is prepared. Thus, the suitable operation of the plant is judged to every state of the plant and the exact operation support guide can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce an operation noise of a refrigerating machine and to control the noise according to the operating conditions of a nuclear magnetic resonator for human body diagnosis, by equipping an operation noise controlling device to control the operation noise of the refrigerating machine appropriately. CONSTITUTION:In the case of using a cryostat for the purpose of diagnosing a human body by placing it in a cavity 1, it is determined in a controller 16 if an operation noise of an expander is required to be reduced and, if required, an orifice valve controller 17 is operated to reduce the operation noise with piston driving voltage adjusted. On the other hand, when there is no human body to be diagnosed or it is midnight or holiday when no diagnosis is performed, the controller 16 decides to adjust the orifice valve controller 17 to raise the driving voltage of the expander, increasing generation of cool air with the operation noise a little raised and to cool heat shield plates 4 and 5 to sufficiently low temperatures. Since the operation noise of the refrigerating machine can be adjusted depending on whether there is a human body or not near the cryostat, this instrument is effective in keeping a human to be diagnosed from a noise.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently convect liquid nitrogen, to make the whole temperature distribution uniform, to prevent the liquid nitrogen from solidifying near a solidifying point and particularly to prevent solid nitrogen from adhering to the surface of a cooling heat exchanger by dividing the heat exchanger of the nitrogen for dipping and cooling a superconducting device into upper and lower sets, and reducing the temperature of the upper exchanger lower than that of the lower exchanger. CONSTITUTION:Liquid nitrogen having 1 atm of pressure and 77.5 (Kelvin) of temperature is poured through a pouring tube 11 to a liquid nitrogen vessel 5. V1 and V2 are opened at this time. When the nitrogen is filled in the vessel 5, the V1 and V2 are closed, a refrigerator 10 is operated, valves V1-V3 are suitably regulated to always reduce the temperature of a heat exchanger 1a lower than that of a heat exchanger 1b, thereby reducing the temperature of the liquid nitrogen 2. Then, a spontaneous convection circulated between the inside and the outside of a partition plate is generated, and the temperature of the nitrogen is maintained substantially uniformly. Thus, even if the temperature becomes near a solidifying point, since the liquid is fluidized, it is scarcely solidified particularly to prevent solid nitrogen from adhering to the exchanger 1a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable body position report system capable of preventing breaking off of position information even in a communication disabled state or a GPS positioning disabled state.
      SOLUTION: The system includes a position calculating and processing device 4 receiving position information determined by a GPS from a movable body 1 having the GPS and moving on a predetermined traveling route, and calculating the position of a movable body 2. The calculated result is transmitted to a mobile terminal capable of wireless communications, and the approach of the movable body 1 is reported. Point information detecting equipment 3 is arranged in the traveling route, and the position calculating and processing device 4 calculates the position of the movable body 1 from both of the position information by the GPS and the position information by the point information detecting equipment 3. The mobile terminal 2 reports the approach of the movable body 1 based on both of or either the position information by the GPS or the position information by the point information detecting equipment 3.
