摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent noise and torque ripples from generating by calculating a pulse duration of a PWM control pulse according to a creset value of an output waveform and setting the order of agitation with direction of phase rotation of an inverter output as a control factor. CONSTITUTION:In an inverter apparatus, a main switching circuit 5 comprising six semiconductor devices is connected to a DC power supply 1 through a DC reactor 4, and said circuit 5 is so PWM-controlled as to supply three-phase electric power to loads of a induction motor 7 and the like. This control unit comprises an one-chip microcomputer 10 which consists of an input port 101, a ROM 103, a RAM 104, an ALU 105, resisters 107-109, an associative memory 110 and the like. And, the pulse duration of a PWM control pulse is calculated from a crest value of an output waveform, and the order of agitation thereof is set according to the direction of phase rotation of an inverter output. Thereby, good inverter output characteristics can be realized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce switching loss, by varying switching frequency when intermittent pulse control is carried out. CONSTITUTION:A power converter comprises overvoltage suppressing capacitors 2, 6, main circuit switching elements 31-36 for current type converter, a D.C. reactor 4 and main switching elements 51-56 for current type inverter, and feeds power to an induction motor in load. Furthermore, a D.C. current detector 8, a comparator 9 and pulse generators 10, 11 for feeding pulse patterns to twelve transistors are provided. The pulse generators 10, 11 comprises ROM103, RAM104, ALU105, various registers 107 and the like, and output pulse pattern such that the switching frequency increases when intermittent pulse control is made while it decreases when intermittent pulse control is not made. Consequently, loss is reduced with intermittent pulse control being carried out effectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obviate a minimum pulse width securing circuit, by a method wherein pulse pattern generating processing is performed in asynchronous state to synchronizing processing, and the pulse generating processing interval is expanded or contacted by input timing of synchronizing pulse. CONSTITUTION:A power converter is constituted by a converter 2, an AC power source 1 supplying power to the converter 2, and a load 4 to which DC output of the converter 2 is supplied. A control device thereof is constituted by a current detector 3 of DC output, a comparator 6, a detector 7 of AC output, a wave form shaping circuit 8, a synchronizing device 9, and a pattern generator 10 which generates arc extinction and firing pattern. The pattern generator 10 is constituted by a function generator 110, a phase making device 120, a region discrimination device 130, a distribution device 140 and the like. In this constitution, the pulse pattern generating processing is performed irrespective of the synchronizing processing, and the synchronizing is not performed in a moment but executed with a dead time, thereby an additive circuit such as a pulse width securing circuit may be obviated.

The abnormal state detector 16 detects abnormal state and outputs the operation stop signal to the control device and turns off a circuit breaker 2, and turns on all switching elements 31-36, 51-56. In this constitution, generation of high voltage due to the reactor 4 can be prevented.
