    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material for a paint excellent in the affinity (wettability) with a resin component and oil absorbability, rich in corrosionproof properties, having coloration tolerance and compounding tolerance, excellent in storage stability and rich in coating workability using fly ash, to provide a coating excellent in the affinity (wettability) with the resin component and oil absorbability, rich in corrosionproof properties, having coloration tolerance and compounding tolerance, excellent in storage stability and rich in coating workability using the raw material, and to provide a raw material of a plastic structure excellent in molding flowability and high density filling properties and having high rigidity and high strength.
      SOLUTION: The baked fly ash is obtained by baking fly ash at a high temperature of 500°C or higher, preferably, 600-800°C. The filler for a resin composition or a widely used extender pigment for an organic paint comprises the baked fly ash. The coating prepared by adding the widely used extender pigment for the organic paint to a coating, more concretely, an epoxy-based coating is also disclosed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive inspection method and a nondestructive inspection device which are capable of surely detecting fracture of bending parts of reinforcing bars regardless of depth of concrete cover.SOLUTION: In the nondestructive inspection method, a reinforcing bar 402 provided in a concrete body 401 is magnetized from outside the concrete body 1 by a magnet J3, and then, a magnetic flux density on the concrete body 1 is measured to detect whether a bending part 402a of the reinforcing bar 402 has fractured or not. In the case that a reinforcing bar part 402A cannot be magnetized from a surface 401A, a direction of the magnet J3 is matched with a lengthwise direction of the reinforcing bar part 402A and the magnet J3 is moved to the surface 401B from a position at a prescribed distance from the surface 401B to magnetize the reinforcing bar part 402A in the lengthwise direction, and then the direction of the magnet J3 is matched with a lengthwise direction of the other reinforcing bar part 402B and the magnet is moved along a surface 401B to magnetize the reinforcing bar part 402B in the lengthwise direction, whereby it is detected whether the bending part of the reinforcing bar has fractured or not.
